It had plenty of space for all of us the beds were comfy. Great house for kids and adults. The picture on line doesn't do the house justice it was beautiful inside alot of awesome wood work. Very impressed. i would rent this again. Bennington properties has been the best rental place i have gone through. i will use them again. The only negative thing was that 2 of the DVD players upstairs were not working one was missing cords. Im sure if we would of called and for it to be fixed it would but we didn't worry about it. Great place. Thank you

Another great time in Sunriver and Bennington step up again. We had to come in a day early because of the snow storms and they had the place ready to go on little notice. Our disposal went out and someone came and fixed it right away. Normally you wouldnt think that was a big deal but it was at 630 at night 2 days before Christmas. Just as a side note for those who are debating about either going through an agency to rent or just going through the ow.er direct. While we were there the house next door was being rented to someone through the owner and thw drive way wasn't plowed, so they had to shovel there way in and once they got that done discovered a pipe had broken and the house was flooded and frozen. This would never happen with Bennington. Just a thought. Anyways thanks again for a great vacation

Very spacious! 2 masters w/ 2 master baths! Finally a house in Sunriver that has air conditioning! This home is beautiful, cozy on a cul de sac!

The house was very nice. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning was apparently not working properly during the day because it was very hot inside the house and and the ceiling fan was not working well either. Also, the dishwasher did not work after a certain time at night. Perhaps these items are on some sort of energy saver shut off system, I do not know, but this was not a good thing for us. Otherwise, the home was beautifully kept and the bicycles were great. Everything was very comfortable and we did enjoy our stay. The location was great...walking distance to the river. If we do this again, I would certainly come back to Bennington Properties for some assistance. Thank you!

Although we have rented from Bennington for years, this was our first stay at 5 Gosling.
Very comfortable house for our large group. Nice area for games, big enough to get away to read but still hear the dinner bell!
Bennington Properties has always been incredibly prompt with any request, from our shower door is off the tracks to how do we start the fireplace. Responses & fixes have always come within minutes.

Very comfortable home. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were nicely located away from the living room and we loved the open floor plan. Beds were very comfortable and made us want to buy a new one for our home;)

We stayed at this home for 7 nights. We were very pleasantly surprised how open the home felt. It was spotless and well appointed. We enjoyed the setting but unfortunately the mosquitos were pretty bad and we could not spend great amounts of time on the deck. The sofa and loveseat in the living room were not comfortable. Both master beds were very uncomfortable and both couples woke with backaches most nights. Despite this it was a wonderful home and a great vacation. The Northend location was nice and quiet.

We had 9 adults and the only thing we had to complain about is the living room seating. The couches were not as comfortable as home. With the 9 adults we never ran out of hot water, having tv's in each room people could watch what they wanted, overall great trip and great house. Would definitely rent again!

We had a family reunion with members as far away as Pittsburgh. The house was beautiful and accomodated us nicely. It was the first house that we had stayed at in Sunriver that had a lawn, which we enjoyed for the kids. Many in our group enjoyed the short bike ride to the river daily to visit the ducks. The ping pong table was a big hit.
The most disappointing parts were, the horrible mosquito problem that kept us from hanging out on the back deck, and we wish that Bennington Properties were members of Maverick's.Response from Bennington Properties - 12/06/2010

In the forest, the mosquito population can vary from year to year and season to season. Sunriver Vector Control does spray for mosquitos and in a normal year, there is very little issue with them.

Overall the home was nice. We discovered after a few cold showers that the hot water heater was turned off...
The TV wasn't working well as all the pictures were fuzzy.
