Tualatin, ORRoomy 3-level in a great location
Left on 08/26/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Pro's: Space! We brought a large crew to this house, and it fit us great. 3rd floor loft was great place to stick kids in the evening. Huge back deck was great for dining and relaxing. The hot tub performed great and fit a lot of people. Awesome storage in kitchen for extra food. Close proximity to Ft. Rock Park and Mavericks.
Cons: Some mattresses were old and uncomfortable. For such a large house, the garbage can was rediculously small and required frequent emptying, and there was an insufficient supply of trash bags. No recycling receptacles. Some Electronics in rough shape: CD player in living room woudl not close (broken latch). Vcr in loft needs to be replaced - had tape jam and would not play movies for kids. Plus it's a VCR...really? its 2010. -

SeattleA Big Family Vacation
Left on 08/18/2010 for a stay in August 2010
This place is bigger than anticipated. Only issues that I heard from family members were: foosball is taking up some space and maybe can be moved somewhere else (although) it didn't stop them from playing it.
Lots of space for us, We had 7 adults, 3 teens, 1 toddler and 4 dogs.

Wooster, OhioA Super Summer Stay in Sunriver!!!
Left on 08/13/2010 for a stay in August 2010
I know there ought to be some negatives, but I honestly can't think of any when it comes to describing our five nights and four days at 10 Lupine Lane. The spacious house accomodated 10 of us so we weren't on top of each other; we especially loved the deck and hot tub! There was so much to do in Sunriver that folks from 5 to 75 were happy! The climate there is unbelievably wonderful (we come from Ohio with high humidity). We felt fortunate to have found such a place, and Tonya at Village Properties was so friendly and helpful all the way along. Thank you all for being there for us!

Portland, OregonGreat Home for Large Group
Left on 01/06/2010 for a stay in January 2010
The house is very roomy, the downstairs is open and inviting, great for entertaining a large group of people. The foosball table was put to good use. There is a fantastic long dining room table with benches that easily fit our entire party around it. Overall, I can't think of any serious negatives. All the appliances were new and in good working order. The upstairs bedrooms are large, very private, have good noise isolation. This place has carpets in the bedrooms and on the stairs. It would work great for a large group of friends or a family reunion. We stayed in January. The heat worked very well. The only thing, if you plan on cooking for a large party, like more than 10 people, bring some of your own pots. They don't have too many large ones. Otherwise the kitchen is very large and easy to work in.

Pictures don't do this home justice. It felt very roomy for our party of eleven, and we were able to seat everyone around the dining room table. The deck is huge, and the kids especially loved their bedroom in the third floor attic! I'd love to go back again!

We really enjoyed the house and amenities including The Maverick. The foosball table was the only negative as it took up valuable space downstairs.
The larger, enclosed deck worked well for the little ones. All in all one of our favorite houses and we've been going to Sunriver for 20 years -

We gathered with our family to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and just enjoy being together. Our group included 8 adults, 4 children ages 10 months to 8 years, and 2 dogs. The house was just perfect: comfortable for all ages; lots of bedrooms; lots of living area to relax in, play games, etc; great kitchen open to the living area; and the huge, fenced deck was perfect for children and dogs. We enjoyed the activities and ambiance of Sunriver: the swimming pools, bike paths, river, sunshine... The Lupine LN location is perfect for the children to ride their bikes and trikes around and around! Family members are still talking about what a wonderful time we had and plotting a time to return.

corvallis, orA Great Value
Left on 01/22/2009 for a stay in December 2008
If you are looking for a nice reasonably priced Sunriver house that will sleep and accommodate a lot of people comfortably, this is it. We were 8 adults and 3 children. The hot tub was great but for the kids, the foosball table was number one. We were there over Christmas. I,n the summer, the large deck would provide even more room. The kitchen had two ovens which was a great help in preparing Christmas dinner. The only problem was there was a definite lack of cookware. We got by but I would advise that you make your needs known to the rental agent prior to arrival, or bring your own.

We really appreciate your feedback! We are addressing the cookware issue with the owner.

We took our children and their girls for family fun. The home was bigger then expected, so roomy that ten of us wandered, slept and played comfortably. The extra attic room was nice surprise for our four grand daughters.
I love the space, the two dinning tables was wonderful. I love all the places for hanging wet clothes after snow play. The huge deck.. just a wonderful place.
I had one issue I hate to mention but it is easy fix so I will suggest you inventory kitchen and we stock. It is our only negative. The kitchen was not well stocked for cookers. No frying pans made breakfast hard. Can opener was not great. No wine glasses. Silverware short, had to wash after every meal. -

Left on 01/09/2009 for a stay in August 2008
This house was just perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. On the main floor was a large bedroom next to a full bath for my elderly grandmother. The upper floor had multiple bedrooms perfect for us and other couples, and there was a loft/attic space that was awesome for the kids! We also LOVED the giant dining room table that was big enough to fit everyone around for dinner and the very spacious deck that allowed us all to get outside and visit. To top it off, it was pet friendly too!

This was a great place to stay. We had a large group of friends and the house had pleanty of room for everyone. Nice deck out back. It was very hot that weekend and the only draw back was that the house did not have air conditioning. It cooled off in the evening so I didn't mind however some of the people in our group thought it was too hot. All in all it was a great weekend and I would recomend staying here.

For a 5 bdrms, this home has very little gathering space. We were disappointed in the layout and the cleanliness. The carpets were very dirty around the edges which did not make us feel comfortable at all. The home is in need of updating... furniture, carpet etc. The deck was nice and open, but unfortunately, that was the only part of the home we enjoyed.

Love this house. We have stayed in this home 3 different times and will stay again. Location is great, roomy and provides privacy if there is more than one family in the house. We had 3 families staying and we still felt as though we had our private family time when we needed. Home has every thing that you need except fans for the upstairs rooms( because it can get a little warm without air circulating) and some more bikes would be nice. Great house to stay in.
