We have stayed at 11 ashwood several times, and are always delighted with the experience. This is a relaxed, comfortable home, with a great kitchen, and a nice outside deck for reading and dozing. It's centrally located, so whether on the bikes or the car, we can get anywhere quickly. We really appreciated the laundry machines too, plus the hot tub! We wondered about the train track nearby, but it wasn't a problem - there aren't many that go thru there, and when they do, it's kinda fun to hear them woosh by. We would definitely stay here again, it's one of the more reasonable properties priced in the Sunriver area, which is good for the family budget.

This house needs upgrades:
The lighting is very poor and the house is dark. The bedroom lighting is
almost non-existent and the lamps are something out of a thrift shop.
The wood stove is old and should be replaced
The electrical outlets in the bathroom say GFI, but there is no reset button and
they did not work.
The hot tub/spa did not get up to temperature so we were unable to use it.
The last we checked it was only at 70 degrees.
The location is good with easy access to The Mavericks or the Village -

The Pictures absolutely do not do this property justice. The home is well maintained and newer than it looks on the website. It was airy, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could hope for including a wonderful outdoor hottub. It is located close to activities, bikeriding, shopping and includes a membership to "The Maverick" the local Spa/Waterpark.
The staff, especially Tonya, at Village Properties is exceptionally helpful and very informed about all of the properties and what they have to offer.
I've stayed all over at Sunriver over the last 25 years and this was one of our favorite stays. We look forward to returning again at least twice a year. -

The layout of the house is great. It has a good size kitchen with just about everything you could possibly need. A barbecue grill on the deck next to a secluded hot tub. A loft upstairs, perfect for the kids. There is a little living room just for the kids with a tv and cable. Their are lots of games there to play and a perfect size kitchen table. This was by far the best place we have stayed.

Hi,
We stayed at this property over the 4th of July. There was lots of old fashioned fun
in and around Sunriver and Fireworks up in Bend.
The house was equipped with everything, even a hot air popcorn maker. We had deer and bunnies hopping through past the livingroom window each dusk and dawn.(loved the washer/dryer).
House has cable and a nice stereo. Bring your bikes.
You will love this place. We hope to return. -
