LongviewWhat a terrific location
Left on 06/30/2010 for a stay in June 2010
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It had many extras my children enjoyed. There were so many books and games to keep them occupied during our stay. The house was updated and the decorations were lovely. It was so close to the mall but very quiet.
We will stay here again!!! -

We stayed here in mid April as we came down to catch some spring skiing. This house was a perfect fit for our family. We were 7 in all and 2 dogs. The upstairs was a great layout for my wife and I and our three children, the youngest of whom stayed in a pack-in-play in the large walk in closet in our room. The first floor with its separate living room, half kitchen and 2 bedrooms was ideal for my in-laws and their 2 dogs. We all had our own space. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was our first visit ever to Sun River.
We really enjoyed Deere #11, it was comfortable and
very nicely decorated. The swimming facility was very nice, very classy. All in all, we had a fantastic time, and definitely plan to do it again! -

We return to Sun River every year. It's a favorite vacation destination for us. This house was great in the layout of space and the many bedrooms and bathrooms that make it nice for multiple families. We loved the toys--an very unexpected bonus for our 4 and 5 year old girls. My only concern was that there were a number of things beginning to suffer from deferred maintenance--the fan in a bathroom, the garbage disposal, microwave and DVD player downstairs, as I recall off-hand. We'd certainly come back to this house again, but I'd hope this is not an indicator that we will find it in even worse shape in the future.

Corvallis, ORBig house, convenient location, great value
Left on 01/14/2010 for a stay in December 2009
First, the staff at Village Properties is exceptional and very, very helpful. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
Second, this house is a great value: big, with parts recently remodeled. The layout is kind of funky but it easily accommodated our large group. The kitchen was very nice. The house is also amazingly close to the village and south grocery store. On the less positive side, the TV is impressively small for the size of the room, the upstairs bathroom could use some updating, and there is no garage. These are pretty insignificant criticisms and we would definitely stay here again. -

We had a great family vacation! The location was walking distance to the
village/coffee. We had wonderful meals around the dining room table
(everyone was able to sit there). Loved the decor of the home. -

The service from Village properties was excellent, mainly the gal who helped select a home for us on the phone.
The layout of the house worked well for us, since we had teens with their friends come too. Master upstairs was great, but no shower in the master bath? The interior was pretty well kept, and updated. Outside, the deck sure could use some work. Hot tub was old and too small.
I have been going to Sunriver for 20 some years, and never stayed that close to the mall. It was awesome to be so close to the village etc. especially for the kids.
For being pet friendly, you would never know it. Our little dog loved the house as well. -

Deer Lane #11 was the perfect house for our vacation. We had 5 kids under the age of 11 and it worked out great with the two separate living areas. We hope to get back soon without the kids.
The only problem was the train tracks being so close to the house and the bees when we tried to eat outside. There may be a nest nearby. Other than a few minor details, it was perfect. -

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was beautiful, the location was great and it made our stay extremely relaxing and fun! Village properties was fabulous in helping with questions and when the hot water heater was not working. That same day (a Saturday) we had a new hot water heater installed. We were very impressed with the promptness and helpfulness of everyone involved. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to Sunriver. Not only was their 2 full bathrooms, there was 2 more half bathrooms in the master bedroom and another bedroom downstairs. The house was very spacious and relaxing. We didn't feel crammed in the house with 4 families. There was also a half door that closed at the top of the stairs to keep our kids from falling down the stairs. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We did not want to come home. Thank you for a great vacation to remember forever!!

Our family felt comfortable in this well furnished home. 4 bathrooms left no one standing in line. The hot tub, proximity to the mall, and the swim passes were our favorite things. 2 living areas was also nice for the kids to have a place to play. We would rent this house again.

We have stayed at this house at least 4 times. It is the perfect set up for more than one family, because there is a mini kitchen downstairs. Two living rooms, four bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Walking distance to coffee, milk, bike rentals, etc... Perfect loop for children to ride their bikes. We LOVE this house.

We spent our holiday in at the home with two other families. We
were very happy with the property, and due to the fact that we were
cooking a holiday meal were very surprised to find the kitchen well
stock with cookware, and plates strong enough to support the
entire crew. We also had many bodies in the kitchen at once, and
had very little problem getting everything done on time.
The space downstairs was perfect for our small group of three girls
all under the age of 6 to watch movies, while the adults were able
to hear them and watch something else upstairs.
Our only disappointment was that there were only 2 showers.
Private baths with each bedroom were great although.
the are was quiet.
The location was very convenient to the village and it was great to
know what was going on to celebrate the holidays
Thank you -

The home was perfect for myself, my two brothers, our dad and our children. It was a great set up because we were able to put all of the kiddo's downstairs with a TV at bedtime so the adults could continue their conversations upstairs on the beautiful deck and large spacious kitchen. There were two masdters with bathrooms and two additional bathrooms. Great with all of those people!
