Beautifully furnished this home has large windows and a great big rock fireplace with vaulted ceilings in the living room. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens into dining area with gorgeous cherrywood dining room furniture. With lots of great features including 3 master suites, a hot tub, ping pong table, foosball, and large deck this home is sure to fit the needs of your family reunion or any other big gathering. **5 night minimum during July and August.

Overall this home was perfect for our entire family as we celebrated our 40th anniversary.All 3 adult couples had a king bed and private bath and children had their own rooms and bath as well...we will come back for sure...location and views of Mt Bachelor and Golf course were so enjoyable. Kitchen is totally equipped...very very nice...Our goal was to feel like we were in our own home for a week with our family and this home definitely met that expectation...Our only recommendation is to get the patio furniture treated...it is weather worn and getting very dry...it is so beautiful to sit and dine outside, so that would be a nice improvement. (Coming during the Pollen" week was a little disappointing and made a lot of dust in the house, so possibly the maid service could be added during that period of time so as not to get too much pollen in the home)

Plus:this house had a great floor plan and plenty of bikes in garage
Minus: AC did not work efficiently enough. house was hot and stuffy. The bedrooms had Vcr's but no movies. It took us until the last day to find a place that rented VHS tapes for the kids. a heads up about this would have been greatly appreciated. we could have brought some from home. The pantry was locked...every other house we have stayed in gave us access to the basic pantry items. not a big deal...but again for the price.$$$
a extra fridge in the garage would have been nice too.
For the price we paid per night I dont think we will rent this home again.
we have rented a home in SR for the last 20 years...this one was beautiful but lacked in some areas that could be easily fixed

Excellent follow up instructions and information about my rental via email.
Beautiful, first class, well maintaned home.
Had a question about Wi-Fi, instant answer from VP Staff.
Oven wouldn't work, instant response from VP staff - turned out to be a tripped breaker.
Location, amenities, views and home were spectacular.
My vacation at this property was 5 Star quality.

This house is amazing!!!!! I have a large group of friends and family that come to Sunriver every year for our trip. This year this was one of our 5 houses on Yellow Pine. This house was selected as our "food house", where we all have dinner together everynight. And even with 55+ people the house was more than big enough, with enough kitchen space to feed everyone! The house is VERY NICE and I would recomend it to anyone!!!

From the first visit to this home's site, I was excited about renting it! The open floor plan upstairs made for comfortable sitting for our large party-3 families! People were able to watch tv, visit around the warm fireplace or sit at the oversized kitchen table and play cards. Regardless of our differing activities, we were still able to be together and talk as a group. The views from this room, oversized wall of windows, only added to the ambiance and comfort of this part of the house. The multiple king bed suites with private bathrooms prevented any potential "lines" when teenagers were getting ready and the younger kids loved the bunk beds and their "own" tv/gaming room. The furnishings are modern, clean and comfortable.When renting for a large family gathering in the future, this will be the first house I look to rent!
