Professionally decorated, this large home is near the Cottonwood entrance and just a short walk to the Mavericks Family Fitness Center. Large, open living/great room area with lots of room for all to sit and enjoy a nice fire. Bright kitchen with large island and bar stools. Queen master on first floor with walk in closet. Upstairs is a second bedroom with King bed and bathroom, 3rd bedroom with Queen bed, fourth bedroom with 2 Pyramid bunkbeds and fifth bedroom with Queen hide-a-bed. The 5th bedroom also doubles as a game room complete with Wii Game console and foosball table! **Spring/Fall "4 for 2" Special!!

My friends and I ran the Cascade Lakes Relay the last weekend in July. We wanted to get the biggest bang for out buck and 3 Lassen Lane truely delivered. Tonya took very good care of me, I had a lot of questions and she answered them all friendly and paitently. The house was spectacular, the kitchen and table was perfect for our group! Very spacious, and all the rooms were very comfortable! I think the best part for us was winding down in the hot tub after 2 long days of running on no sleep (literally!). We're hoping to stay there again next year!

Good sized house for two families and grandparents. Close to Mavericks and the North grocery. Kitchen a little small for cooking big holiday meal, but still worked out just fine.

We stayed at Lassen 5 during Thanksgiving weekend with the
extended family. We had a great time, and used it as a base for all
kinds of fun. We only had some minor things that annoyed us - like
only having 4 wineglasses in the house, and a lack of enough towels
to go around. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Lassen 5 (I'd

This is a wonderful house for a large group. The location is good, near Mavericks and a gas station and store.
Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with baking and cooking pans, etc.
Living and dining areas great for a large group, bedrooms more than adequate.
Would come back in a minute. -
