Great house & location. Easy access to the pool, playground, bike paths and Tubing hill! Free admission to Shark was enjoyed by all in our house. The kids and adults loved the hot tub. The only draw back was the smaller kitchen - definately a one person kitchen. But it was well stocked and easy to use if nobody else got in your way :)
Having a grill was a great addition. Make sure to bring extra pool/hot tub towels. -

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very roomy for our family of four. Nice location and easy access to everything. Would go back and stay at this house again.

My family and I revisit Otter#3 regularly. This vacation home is welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. It is conveniently located to Sunrivers favorite shops and eateries. Sitting right off the bike path makes it convenient to walk to the square for Lava Bakery, Goodies, or hot coffee and cocoa - mmmmm mmmmm good! Otter#3 is supplied with all the amenities a family needs and enjoys.

Otter #3 was a comfortable, clean and family friendly home to stay in. There
was plenty of space and the deck outside expanded the living area. The
location was a quick walk or bike to the mall. -

We spend a week at this nice furnished home in December and it was really great. We loved the short ways to the village mall and the sledding hill and of course the Hot Tub. The house is well stocked with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay, even the sled!
But there is one thing I really mislike. The balustrade has very big gaps so that children are able to fit through. For this case I can't recommend it for families with young children.Response from Village Properties - 01/28/2013

We have stayed in Otter #3 several times and always enjoy coming to Sunriver. The location of the house is great and we enjoy sitting out on the deck and using the hot tub. This year we finally took advantage of the access to Mavericks and our family really enjoyed the wave pool. We look forward to coming back and will stay in Otter again as long as it's available
