This newly remodeled, lodge style home has lots to offer with a family room and fenced deck area. New kitchen is a central feature, leads into dining room with bench style dining table! Living room has vaulted ceilings and a great big lava rock fireplace. Hot tub on large enclosed deck, attic playroom and nine bikes, makes this the perfect home to entertain any crowd. Great location as well, just a short walk to Village and South Swimming Pool.

We have stayed at Jackpine twice for family events. Last June, we celebrated my 75th BD, Father's day and our daughter's wedding in the back yard.
The house is so comfortable, and has everything you will need.

We had 7 adults and 6 children, we all fit and had plenty of room. Loved the enclosed outside deck area, especially with the smaller grandchildren. As always, in Sunriver, it is wonderful to have a road outside your front door for the children to ride their bikes and not have to worry about them. We will be renting this home again.

Four families were able to come together and enjoy this lovely vacation home. There was plenty of space for us all. Great BBQ area on the huge outdoor deck. Within walking distance to the shopping center. We all had a marvelous time! The kids especially enjoyed the complimentary passes to the Sharc center!!

We stayed with children, spouses, and grand children, 10 in all. It is handy to everything and the Maverick membership was a real plus for the grandkids. The only issue, it was small, was six large hand towels were in the dryer when we arrived and they were wet because it was too many for the dryer. Other than that an excellent stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to spend with family. My grandkids have chosen to go to Wintrop, Washington next year but I am sure we will be back to Sun River. Thanks for your kind and courteous service.

this is the second year our extended family has stayed at Jackpine #8. We love the location and the layout of the home which gives separate space for each family. The game room and upstairs playroom are big hits. With the exception of a plumbing problem that was ultimately resolved, we think this is a perfect fit for our family.

We were a little disappointed in the property. When we first arrived the door to the pantry came off. Your staff was quick in coming to take care of the situation which was good. The house needs quite a bit of updating. Furniture is old and stained. Bathrooms are in need of remodel. Carpet needs to be replaced. We have stayed in several other properties you maintain and so far this one is the one we cared for the least. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our views.

We took 3 families to this house and it was perfect. There were plenty of
spaces for all ages. Two family type rooms allowed activities to be going on
in both areas. The large kitchen area worked great for our large group.
Village Properties was helpful and welcoming. The location was great, close
to Lodge and shopping area. We will be back.

What can I say? This is a great rental! We had a large group with multiple families and kids from our baseball team. I was afraid we would be bumping into each other but more than once I had to ask if the kids had gone for a bike ride because I didn't hear them. I had to go looking for them.
Next, this house comes equipt with bikes for all ages and sizes, helmets, a well supplied kitchen and and amazing pantry that has all sorts of extra kitchen gadgets. We loved the deck, hot tub and gas heater on the deck.
Great location near the lodge and pool. It was the best of times for everyone in our group!
We will definitely be back and have told lots of our family and friends about this great place -

Fourteen of us gathered at Jackpine 8 for a long weekend. The house fit us perfectly--all the couples and kids. There was room for everyone. It was so homey. Everything we needed was there from kitchen utensils and pans to video games for the kids. We loved the hot tub. And we all fit around the table for mealtime. We enjoyed the bike rides and beautiful scenery. It was a great time for our family.

Check in was a breeze, figuring out the sleeping arrangements was a bit of a challenge. Having a layout of the house would have been helpful. We had difficulties since the party included an infant who did not sleep through the night, so the entire house was up with him. Also the air conditioning did not quite keep up. The upstairs room were not cooled, therefore at night the windows were left open, but the open air concert Friday night kept people awake.
The location was great though and the bikes were quite fun!
The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a table big enough to seat the whole group. -

This was our first time staying at a Village Property and we were overjoyed with Jackpine Lane #8.
The house was so spacious and immaculate! We enjoyed the recently remodeled kitchen and cooked many large, group meals. There was enough space for our 5 families to sleep, play and relax.
We look forward to returing to Sunriver again in the near future. -

We stayed for 7 days as a family - Ma and Pa, kids, and grandkids. Very comfortable for 10. Great space, grat space for kids, and a wonderful deck to socialize.
We very much enjoyed our time at this centrally located house very convenient to the entire resort. Highly recommend and we will return. -

Great location since we were looking for a home close to the mall and close to two other homes that we rented for a family reunion. The layout of the home and deck were great but in 2008 the maintenance was poor. The deck was about to collapse and the place needed a good cleaning. There were plenty of bikes but in poor condition. We would go back if the maintenance issues were taken care of.

Thank-you for the feedback. Our apologies that you felt that the maintenance of this home was not up to scratch. We are surprised to hear that you had concerns about the deck since we had many other guests who stayed here around this time and did not find any problems; but we shall have our maintenance staff take a look at it. We do advise in writing that if your home comes with bikes we can only guarantee that at least two of them will be in a good working order. And we are also surprised that you did not find the home clean enough. We strive to maintain very high housekeeping standards and will address this with our housekeepers.

There were 12 of us including 4 children. The separation of the family
room allowed the children their noise and toys some separation from
the adults. The kitchen was wonderful to work in for several people.
The only negative was the dirty and stained carpet, you felt like you

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Our apologies that you did not find the carpet clean enough. We do try to have the carpets in all of our homes cleaned as necessary, however this does get hard with high occupancy rates during the summer months.

Every year, we spend a long weekend at Sun River for our family reunion. This usually consists of 10-14 of us looking for a home that we can all fit into.
Jackpine #8 was the best home we've rented yet! It was large enough for all of us, central to the Sun River community and it had entertainment for the kids.
There were a few very small problems with the house when we first arrived, but the rental company was quick to remedy the issues and we had a fantastic stay.
We enjoyed this home so much that we are planning to use it again - the first time we've ever done that since we started our reunions six years ago!
