Two story cabin-like home just a short bike ride or walk to the Village, this large home might be just right for your family reunion. Lava rock gas log fireplace in living room. Kitchen opens into both living and dining rooms. 2 Queen bedrooms downstairs, with hot tub on semi-private deck off of larger queen room. Bunk room (with foosball table!!) and additional queen bedroom, nice bathroom with skylight on second floor. Great home for large family gatherings.

Sunriver is a fabulous vacation spot with so many activities to choose from. This house had a good location, was clean, comfortable and had some great amentities like lots of bikes, a bbq and a hot tub. The only slight gripe is the wireless internet access was so slow it was pretty much useless.

It was a marvelous stay and we enjoyed the house as a meeting place for several family members.
I did make a suggestion as we checked out over the air conditioner, we did not realize the house did NOT have air and we had someone( from the Village Properties Maintenance) come out and told us the air was working. The next day we called again and was told the house didn't have air ( this confused us , beings the maintenance person told us the air was working!!). Our suggestion was to put some kind of sign above the thermostat to tell the renters the house does NOT have air..this would eliminate the confusion.
The house was in great condition when we arrived and was so convenient to many things to do. -

My family and I try to come to Sun River each summer. We always enjoy ourselves with everything there is to do. We use Village Properties for our rentals and all the houses are always well equipted and clean. the service is ALWAYS great.
This particular hpouse was great. We traveled this time with another family and it was the perfect size and lay out. -

We've stayed twice, now, with a family of 5. Kids love the bunk room. Great location for biking and family activities. Roomy and comfortable, if somewhat dated. Our only problem was check-in and check-out delays, but that was not specific to this house.

We do apologize for any delays you may have experienced during check-in and check-out. We do advice our guests that check-in time is only 'approximate' as we must allow our maintenance department time to make sure everything is up and running well.
