salemmy vacation was interupted with constant malfunctions

I have booked with this company for the last 4 years with the exception of last year. I usually have a good experience, but after this last stay i will be considering using a different rental company. My vacation was constanly interrupted with maintenance workers repairing things that were listed in the advertisment to be in working order. Also the add said 5 bedroom with loft and its only a 4 bedroom with loft. Leaving my family and i to make the adjustment after we have already traveled and spend all the time working around with what the website stated. After all of this i was offered only a ten percent discount for the hot tub being out of order for over a day. This was pretty much an insult after everything we experienced. I will definately not be recommending that anyone come stay here.
