We stayed at Bigleaf #11 with our 4 kids. The home was clean & cozy, with tons of great movies, games, and books and most necessary kitchen gadgets. We really loved the upstairs 'family'room. The only drawback was not having a door on the master bathroom -

We had a wonderful stay at Big Leaf #11. The check-in & check-out was easy, v. friendly and helpful staff. The cabin was spacious, looks like the pictures, only better. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, fireplace was cozy. 20 min. drive to Mt Bachelor, the hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. The closets and cabinets were stocked full of games and books for all ages and tons of puzzles. The Wi-Fi was in good working order. Two separate sitting rooms with flat screen TVs. The village mall is about a 5 min. drive which has shops and restaurants, v. convenient. The only grip I have was we were planning on doing a few bbqs, but the bbq was in pretty bad shape, wouldn't want to eat anything that touched that grill... hope that is replaced before the summer starts. Overall great stay, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful policy of use their staples, leave some in return. Tons of games, movies, books and a well stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms but the loft up top and the extra family room near it is perfect for kids. Could not have been happier with this house! Great for dogs to run in back without running on the road.

We had a great experience with our recent stay in Sunriver that we arranged through Sunset Lodging. Sunset's office and staff were top-notch and the house was great. Everything was well coordinated and just as we expected. We happened to be in Sunriver during a meteor shower, and it was great to sit in the hot tub under the stars to watch the show!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Close to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and Sun River met all of our other needs. The house was quite nice and very comfortable, slightly disappointed there wasn't a TV in the master bedroom, and not having a door on the master bathroom - well we found it a little odd. But overall, a very pleasant stay, very comfortable and we would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

The house was perfect for us. Loved the items there for us to use. Games, bikes, movies...etc. Nice area, great home. Enjoyed using the sunriver grounds. Hiking, biking, swimming...it was such a great vacation. Didn't want to leave.

Oregon CoastA Welcoming House with Great Features

We've rented from Sunset Realty for a number of years, and have always had excellent service. This was our second stay at Big Leaf #11, and we enjoyed it as much this time as the last. We love having the hot tub right outside the kitchen and dining room. Makes it easy to watch the kids and they can jump right from the hot tub to dinner. The stairs to the loft are steep, which is a great draw for kids, but might be too steep for very little ones. We love all the books, puzzles, and games at this house. It is very well stocked. Could use a few more forks and spoons in the drawer - we had to wash after each meal. The house stays nice and comfortable, even on hot days. The bikes are great, and the location is very nice.

We spent 4 blissful nights in this home. My daughter absolutely loved sleeping in the loft upstairs - it was soooo cozy. For our family of 4, the layout of the house was perfect, having 2 bedrooms plus the cute loft. It was a very comfortable home, well-stocked kitchen supplies. I LOVED how there were books EVERYWHERE! We all loved looking through all the bookcases in every room, and even read a couple, as we had gone through our supply of books before the end of our trip. I know that I liked the owners, never even having met them! The DVD/VHS selection was fun to look through, too. The only problem was that the main level VCR/DVD didn't appear to work. My boys loved that the house had Wi-Fi. And we also loved and got much use from the hot tub - it was delightful. We spent every evening looking at the stars, soaking tired bodies. The house is in a really quiet location of Sunriver, we did tons of biking, played tennis, and climbed South Sister during our stay here. What a nice retreat - I would stay in this house again!

The owners are wonderful, and share the same feelings toward Sunriver as we do. The house has a living room downstairs a family room upstairs and a fun loft on the third floor. what a surprize to find the second floor family room and the third floor loft. We also enjoyed riding the mountain bikes provided by the owners. My family enjoyed the house so much we came back 2 months latter to stay another week. Thank you for a wonderful service and great family vacation. It felt like a home away from home.
