Enjoy groovy tunes with the CD stereo, clean your outfits with the washer and dryer, and hang out at the wet bar. You'll sleep soundly atop one of the two king beds, one of the two queen beds, or one of the two twin beds with trundles. Additional comforts include a soaking tub in the master bedroom, a desk with a computer, a gas fireplace, a gas barbecue, a double garage, and three bikes.

The service we received was outstanding. We could not love the house
more than we do. I think this June will be the forth year we have
stayed in it. The addition of air conditioning was wonderful as last year the temperatures in august got up to almost 100'. The fact that the kids can get to the bike paths right along the river in just a minute or two is perfect. None of us could think of anything that we didn't like about the house or the service. The house has always been immaculate and clean. Keep up the awesome job.

This was our 4th stay at this home in Sunriver. We have tried other homes and this is tops for us! We love everything about it. The layout of the living area...very open and perfect for fun and conversation. Lovely, warm furnishings. We love the location...at the end of a very quiet street with the Deschutes River practically at our door. We love the deck for fun and relaxing. This home and Sunset Realty are top notch!

A group of us -- family and friends -- have been coming to Sunriver every summer for a number of years and we've rented several different houses but Goldfinch 11 is definitely our favourite. It's close to the Deschutes river (walking distance to the footbridge that crosses over), and a bike ride away from the North pool. The house itself is comfortable and includes a large deck for outside entertaining. Highly reciommend it.

The home was much more beautiful than the pictures showed on-line. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and only wished there had been flannel sheets on the beds! We will definitely rent this property again!

Thank you for the opportunity to rent this lovely home. It was perfect for my family, which consisted of 8 adults and 2 children. Having four bedrooms, all with bathrooms was fabulous for everyone. Kitchen was very well stocked and everyhing we needed was there. I am already trying to figure out what week we want to rent it for next.

House was in a perfect area with the bike paths close by. It was also immaculately clean. The house had bed rooms on the ground floor for my folks. My Dad cannot get up and down stairs anymore. The upstairs was great for the kids as it gave them a place to hang out and be close but not in the same room with all the adults... it gave the grownups a chance to have fun and the kids got to have their fun upstairs.The outdoor deck was very large and had lots of great patio furniture. The kitchen large and could handle multiple people cooking at the same time. Kitchen had all the things that you would need which is great...lots of houses I have stayed in before do not have lots of cooking equipment like this did. We also liked the fact that each bed room had it's own bathroom. But the most important factor was that it was a pet friendly house. We will not stay anywhere without taking our 11# Annie and my folks their 10# ToeToe. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Goldfinch #11 was a great house to reconnect with old friends. We had a great time playing cards at the big dinner table, making dinners in the huge kitchen, taking dips in the hot tub and watching the snow fall ... in May!

My husband, 3 adult children with spouses, and their 3 children spent 6 days creating lasting memories. I knew the 3 generation vacation was a hit when one of the children was crying as we were all leaving. He said through silent tears “I love the vacation house, I don’t want to leave”.

This was a lovely house and we had a great time. The detailed woodwork was amazing and we loved the pocket door that gave the third bedroom the feeling of it's own bathroom. We were disappointed that the gas fireplace did not work while we were there. We called a repairman who worked for a while and got it working but it was about a 5 minut process to do so and then the fire would go out again on it's own. We also felt that for the quality of the home the kitchen should have been better equiped with pots and pans and misc. items. More wine glasses would be nice. There were certainly plenty of dishware and silverware. Over all we had a great stay and will consider the house again in the future.

A wonderful house with great beds. There is also a bathroom for every
bedroom! Lots of T.V.'s , X-Box for the kids and a loft game room area.
The kitchen is well stocked and easy to prepare meals in. The house and the
hot tub were very clean. We had a great time!! the only issue we had was it
was to have had internet access--there was a problem and had to have worker
come and still it did not get fixed. We will be back. Everyone had a wonderful
time. It was just too short. -

GoldFinch #11 is a great home. Very well furnished with all the amenities. the days we stayed indoors, we had great time. We used the bicycles to ride around sunriver and the convenience of the hottub right on premises. Home had an xbox for the kids to play, unfortunately there were no games CD/DVD's. Remax team was very friendly and were willing to help out with all our needs.

Thanks for providing such a finely appointed home in Sunriver. We very much appreciated all the thoughtful amenities; especially in the kitchen where we were delighted to find, not only the necessary equipment, but also gourmet touches.
The nights spent in the home were wonderful. Absolutely quiet and refreshing.
Overall, the home deserves a five star rating.
Sunriver, Oregon is an outstanding family vacation spot. Many activities and sightseeing opportunities.
