First, the description of the house is incorrect. We specifically chose this home as it listed a king master BR and a queen BR downstairs. The King is actually upstairs and that was a real problem since both couples traveling together are older and don't do well with stairs. One of the couples is accustomed to sleeping in a king bed and would not do well in a queen. Management has promised to correct this description.
Others commented on the hot tub and I see there is a response that the hot tub had been replaced. I was very surprised as the hot tub looks like it has been there since the 1980s! It is old, cracked, faded and generally not in very good shape. The deck could use some shoring up as there were many soft spots that were just a little scary.
The house did work for us but I would be very cautious in recommending it. There were several minor problems which management did their best to address. The BBQ was rusty and unusable and they promptly delivered a loaner. Not much they could do about the comfort of the beds downstairs, which I found to be very hard on my arthritic hips.
The house was fairly clean but could use some paint. Windows protested loudly when being opened or closed and the screen was off in the upstairs bedroom. Just a general feeling of delayed maintenance. Beware there is no window that opens in the bunk bedroom. There is a door that leads to a second story deck but that is the extent of the ventilation in that room. It was very warm up there in May, I can only imagine what august would be like. No a/C in the house but there is a circulating fan that helps a little.
The house is roomy and the living room is comfortable. The "well-equiped" kitchen might be stretching it a bit. Bring everything you are going to need in the way of kitchen staples or any specialty mixing bowls or bakeware.
It's been a while since we have rented a vacation home so perhaps thing have changed with the economy. I was just a little disappointed as this rental did not measure up to those we have rented before, both in Sunriver and other locales. Caveat Emptor! -

The house wasn't very clean. Dog hair was everywhere and the kitchen floor and carpets were filthy. The hot tub is very old and the house didn't have alot of bowls or bakeware. The dryer took 90 minutes to dry a half of load. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and detergent but thankfully we brought our own.
