Situated close to the lodge and Village Mall, this home can sleep five adult travelers. A queen bed, twin/double bunk bed, and crib are provided. Very nice house in great location. Huge TV, nice barbeque, great bikes and awesome hot tub. The only thing that could be improved is the beds. Had a little bit if a sag in the center and weren't super comfortable.

The house was very comfortable with a big island in the kitchen for easy prep. There is road noise from the back of the house. The hot tub was great and not having to lug our bikes was a plus. The bikes in the garage are cruiser bikes (no speeds) and work fine on the trails in Sunriver. The bathroom upstairs is on the small side for the only full bath. There is one sink.

Our stay in Sunriver was nice. We had a lot of fun riding on the bike trails with our two daughters. It was nice to just relax.

I was very pleased with my experience dealing with Sunset. The service was great, and my stay was relaxing, which is what I was looking for. The home was the perfect size for what we wanted.
The house is not terribly far from the village, which is convenient. It it close to a highway, so you do hear some road noise. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the living room had ample seating and a large T.V. The only beefs I had were minor. The bottom sheet kept popping off the bed in the master bedroom. And the heat pump, while very efficient, is pretty noisy.
The house is clean, well decorated, and seems fairly new or newly renovated. -

This is a very nice house, newly remodeled and very comfortable. We loved the
private hot tub and access to bikes. The furniture is cozy and the TV is huge!
However, the house backs up to the Mt. Bachelor highway and the traffic noise
was quite noticeable, day and night. Our other issue was that the
advertisement promised a ping pong table, which our kids were very excited
about, and a washer/dryer, which was necessary for our stay. But both were
located in the garage that we were denied access to. My boys were very
disappointed and we had to do our laundry in the sink. Hopefully the garage
will be unlocked in the future.
We enjoyed our stay, but the lack of these two items made things less than
perfect. Hope its better for you. -

This was the perfect size for our family of four. We have two young children so the location was ideal because they could ride their bikes on the private cul-de-sac. The home has several beach cruisers - all are in excellent condition. It's a short, scenic walk to the trail that runs along the Deschutes river. The location is very quiet and totally surrounded by trees. We didn't use the hot tub but it's brand new. In fact, the entire house has been recently updated so it feels brand new. The view from the living room is awesome. It has wrap around windows looking out to trees. The only negative comment is that I had to light the outdoor bbq grill with a match. The ignition button wasn't working properly. Other than that, it was great and we will definitely book this house again.
