Bed options consist of a king bed, three queen beds, a set of bunk beds, and a hide-a-bed. Listen to some oldies music with the CD stereo, clean clothes with the washer and dryer, and flip burgers on the gas barbecue. The two-level home also boasts three TVs, DVD players, 10 bikes, and a two-car garage.

The house was clean except for the kitchen counters, I think they forgot to wipe them down. The kitchen was very well stocked and great for cooking. The temperature was not consistent throughout the house, bedrooms were much colder than the public areas but we like the bedrooms cold at night. Had a very nice time during our visit. There were nine people in our party and the house was plenty big for us

Our family's stay in Pine Needle 6 & Pioneer 4 was completely enjoyable in every way, including all the great biking, horseback riding, hot-tubbing, as well as the wonderful meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen & dining room in Pine Needle 6,plus the stimulating fireside chats with family & friends punctuated only by college football on TV in Pine Needle 6's splendidly furnished living room.

Everything about this rental was awesome.
Kitchen was very well stocked and very clean. Newer appliances.
Livingroom has a big screen t.v., lots of places to sit and relax
Bedrooms were big and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kids had a room with bunkbeds and a little cubby to play in. My husband has a bad back and his back did not hurt when he got up in the mornings.
There are two bathrooms, both were clean and spacious.
There were bikes in the garage that a couple of us used. There is a hot tub on the back deck.
We would definitly stay here again! -

The home was well appointed and met our needs beautifully. There were enough towels,and dishes to accomadate us which as been a issue at other places we've stayed. The back deck was perfect.

This was a beautifully furnished home with a great kitchen, comfortable beds and lovely location. Would recommend it for families and couples. The large dining room table made it a wonderful gathering area for the family dinner. Having the bikes available as well as the hot tub makes it fun for all.

To start our family has been coming to Sunriver for years. It's our once a year family get-together meeting spot. So a nice house and good location is key for our family enjoyment.
We travel with young children (ages 5 to10) and this house is great for two family's with a total of 4 kids. There is one master with a King and two other bedrooms with queens. Third bedroom can be used for a sitter or grandma. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed set and a queen bed in the room. So it sleeps 4 kids easily. It also has a small loft connected which the kids loved as a private hide out! There was also a pull out hide-a-bed in the family room but we never used it.
The kitchen is up-to date with nice appliances and has lots of cookware. No need to bring any big pots for big dinners!
My only complaint would be it does get a bit cramped as it would be nice to have some extra living space. But since one or two adults always seemed to be away golfing or at the pool it worked for us. Adults eat out side on the deck and the kids eat in side at the large table. Actually you could easily sit 8 at the table in side or out.
The house was decorated beautifully and is updated style-wise if you care about that thing.
Location was fabulous, easy bike ride to the lodge or mall and meadows golf course. There were bikes in the garage available for use but we chose to rent as we go on long bike rides and prefer bikes with gears etc. The bikes were mostly old cruisers that had no gears. If your on a budget they would work.

We enjoyed the home a lot! It was a very nice and comfortable home in a great location.
We loved riding the bikes, floating down the river, playing volleyball, and hanging out in the hot tub. -

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunriver Vacation Rental. You did a great job in choosing a home with what we needed. We really enjoyed having the bicyles and put them to good use. The hot tub was also great. The only recomendation would be a replacement barbeque. We went to the gas station and put propane in the bottle and fired it up but something was wrong, it took 15 minutes to toast buns on high heat. Maybe it wasn't meant for use.

sleeping room through out the home, although my
personal favorite was the HAB in the couch, right
next to the fireplace.
It was very cozy and extremely clean. Highly
recommended.
My biggest 2 concerns: The 2-3 foot walkway to the
jacuzzi can (and did) get very icy, so if you're
not careful, you'll end up lying on the ice as I
did. Also, the master bedroom's heating system did
not work properly. The rest of the house was around
73 degrees, but that room was probably around 65.
It was freezing in there!

Our family has stayed in a variety of homes and locations in Sunriver. RE/MAX Sunset Realty has been very friendly, helpful and easy to book our vacation with. Pioneer #4 is a great location due to it's proximity to the bike path, river, golf course and lodge. It's close to all amenitiens but removed enough so that you still have the mountain feel. The house was clean, updated and comfortable. We will come back again!

We've stayed in this home several years in a row now. It suits the needs of our two families and teenage kids well with the two bedrooms and one bath each down and upstairs. We like the quiet location and reasonable proximity to the village.
