Pyramid Lane #5 is an impressive reverse living, 3 bedroom vacation home perfect for up to 10 guests. Located in the North End of the Resort with Mavericks and SHARC Access!
The master bedroom provides a king bed and personal bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and double bed...great home for families with children.
The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the main living area that leads to the dining room. Utilize the family room for extra living space that includes a Queen Hide-a-Bed.
Relax in the private hot tub or grab the bikes and ride the Resort's 30 miles of paved bike paths.

The home was beautiful. Problem free? no. Hot tub could not be turned off. buttons too old and worn. It was extremely hot and water level was low. We could not even find a bucket to fill hot tub.
Tv downstairs does not come with same channels as upstairs tv. Bbq Grill was very dirty and no gas.
At check in we were given a "savings" type card and was told to show it at the stores to get discounts. I went to every store in the villiage and not one excepted it. Upon speaking with several other people they were finding the same problems. Several of the stores had no idea what the card was even used for.
At check out after waiting almost 20 minutes to check out, (there were only 2 people in front of me but 3 agents doing nothing) I advised the desk agent about the problems listed above. She shrugged her shoulders and just walked away.
I am a travel agent and would have like to seen better customer service. I would hate to send clients there and have them treated the same.

We had in-laws from California and Oregon, mom, and close friends at the house and everything was outstanding. Our house was very comfortable and the kitchen was superb. From check-in to check-out everything and everyone was excellent.
