My families loves this house! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool from morning until night. We will definitely rent this hous again next year. We are planning to come back to this house twice next year. Everything is perfect about this house for big families get together. This will be our house to rent going forward now. The house was very large and surprisingly nice. Well stocked with everything you might need. The pool and hot tub were tons of fun, but we did notice that the pool seemed to get pretty cloudy by the end of our stay. I would highly recommend this to larger groups who want to pay a bit more for quality and space. The upper and lower levels offer a nice way to segregate groups and provide plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing.

Loved the security system for the pool! It worked really well for the adults too!! The house was beyond our expectations. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. This place is amazing for a big family with kids...and pets too!!

It was very enjoyable again as this is our 3rd year in 33 White Elm. It has everythig a family could need from the amenities in the house to the good size kitchen and number of bedrooms. We are sort of planning to come again in 2012!!

Our family & friends gathering in June of 2011 was one of the best we've ever had! The staff members at Sunset Lodging were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with from early phase of trip planning to check-out. I found White Elm #33 on their website then called to get more details. They assured me we would love the house and we did. The 5 bedrooms with baths was great for our large group. The kitchen was supplied with all that we needed. The great room concept of kitchen/dining/living allowed all of us to socialize even while meals were being prepared. The website advertises a pool/hot tub in the house. What it does not say is that they are in a totally separate room. This was fantastic! The pool-goers could make all the noise they wanted and not interfere with the rest of the guests. The door was equipped with an alarm to protect the "little ones". I appreciate the company's concern for safety. Lots of pool toys were provided. This house comes with an ample amount of nice cruiser bikes. We enjoyed many bike rides on the paths. The location of this house seems out of the way when looking at it on the map. It actually was convenient to most of our activities. White Elm #33 provides pool and Mavericks passes. A nice feature as admission is pricey without the passes. Sunset has a new procedure for pool admission that you should be aware of: The pass is a credit card and can only be swiped once per day. This means all guests who may go to the pool that day must all go together to check in. They can get a stamp and leave and come back later. With the stamp you can come and go as many times as you wish. The Mavericks pass can be swiped as many times as needed in a day. Numerous reviews have mentioned the need for a deck out front. This would be very nice as the only place to gather in front is just off the porch on the driveway - doable but a deck would be better. Overall our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend White Elm #33!

I rented this house for a 32nd birthday party. The ping pong was a hit, along with beer pong etc. Having a fooseball and pool table in the same room was great! All the bedrooms have a full bath so that was nice for all the couples. I would recomend this houes to anyone that wants to enjoy a pool and hot tub indoors with all the games and plenty of room for 12 to 16 people. The electronics are old so no plug in for an I pod. I only have one caution for renters: The stovetop is a total fire hazard and the rental company knows about it. The middle burner will come on by itself at any time. My friends and I ended up flipping the breaker off in the garage every time we were done cooking. The breaker is marked with a piece of blue duct tape.

Gathered children & grandchildren to celebrate birthdays. The indoor pool was the highlight. The kids spent a lot of time making noise & splashing about. The home is quite spacious. I indicated on the check out survey that they could use a second dishwasher & the furniture is showing wear. Also recommended they get rid of all the carpet. The areas non-carpeted were wood or tile & very nice, whereas the carpeting is just not practical for a whole lot of people, kids in particular.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The indoor pool and hot tub is the biggest bonus of this house. Our kids could swim whenever they wanted and didn't have to worry about bothering others. The kitchen was big, the couch comfortable, and enough room for everyone. Since each bedroom had its own bathroom, there was no waiting for others to be done showering. The house is close to a park and had plenty of bikes for the adults plus a bike trailer for two little ones. Our only suggestion to improve the house would be a great big deck. We visited in august and found the patio off to the side to not be big enough for us all. We would recommend this house to a friend for sure.

This house would be ideal as a winter retreat for a large group. There are numerous indoor activities that can accommodate and delight a large group of people. Foos ball, pool, ping pong, and even an indoor pool! As a summer location, it wasn't idea. The outdoor seating is small and awkward. Our family actually pulled all the furniture onto the driveway just to have a place to enjoy the outdoors. As a non-skiing summer family, we won't be back because we highly value a place to BBQ and eat outdoors but for a winter retreat - this house would be hard to beat.

Every year our family gathers for a post-Christmas vacation, often in Sun River but we've also tried many in other locations. We all agreed this was the best house we have ever stayed in, and we've already reserved it again for next year!

The house worked out fine and everyone we worked with were very nice. We did have some problems with the house, a burner on the cook top kept coming on by it's self and you could not turn it off. I contacted maintenance and they sent a person to fix it. He said that this was an ongoing problem and showed me how to turn off the breaker and said to let it set for 10 minutes and then turn it back on. This did happen again and that is what I did. It was the large front right burner that could have been touched by anyone very easily. We had six children in the house from four to sixteen years old. This was very dangerous! Not only to us but a huge fire danger to the house. The other problem was the air conditioning. It was very cold upstairs and hot [80] down stairs. The first person from maintenance adjusted a damper but it didn't help. The next person who came the next day said the unit was froze up because the temperature was set to low. The house came with it set very low. He turned it off and we restarted it after two hours. It still didn't lower the temperature until the next morning. The weather had cooled down by then and the temperature stayed down into the mid seventies, how ever the down stairs main bedroom never got below about 78.

This was our second year at White Elm #33, and we're planning 2010 there already. The indoor pool and hot tub are great; not just for the kids, but the entire family enjoys that room. Sunset Realty is the best company we've rented from. Watch out for Blue Pacific Vacation Rental Co, which rents a property on the same street. There are surveillance cameras in several rooms there, and we were billed more than agreed upon. We rented from Sunset a couple of times in the past, and now we're loyal guests. They always great us with respect, and their properties are every bit as good as they look online.
