This single level, nicely furnished home is located right in the heart of Sunriver. With bike paths close at hand it's just a short ride, or walk, to the Mavericks Recreation Center and the Sunriver Marketplace. Enjoy some fun in the sun on the expansive back deck area overlooking the nicely landscaped back yard. Please note: One-half of garage available for guest use.

House was nice, though a little pricy for the size-great location-beautiful backyard and deck, but only had a few plastic chairs and a very slivery looking picnic table no one sat at. Need more outdoor chairs and tables. Very clean lots of cooking supplies.

My husband, daughter and 2 small children had a great time and the house was wonderful. Our 5 year old grandson wanted to sell his house and move to Sunriver. It had been a long time since we had been there and there is so much to do. We met family from arizona and everyone always met at our house.

#39 Poplar is location is within walking distance of the the North Store. It is a
short drive to the golf course and to the Village.
The house is ideally set up for multiple couples or friends with the bedrooms
on either side of the central living, dining and kitchen areas. The large two tier
deck has room for outdoor eating or just relaxing. The deck has a hot tub and
a gas barbeque available. The deer came each morning and night during our
stay.
