Town home. Lock-out unit with full bath, kitchen, screened porch, one full and one queen size bed. Unit may be used in conjunction with main home which includes bedroom with one full and one queen bed and full bath. Upstairs loft has two full beds with full bath. Sleeps 12 maximum. Kitchen, living, dining open onto screened porch over-looking grounds and golf course. Pool and tennis courts across the street. Resort has three golf courses, two additional pools and exercise facilities. Resort located at the base of the Sunset Beach bridge to the island. Parking provided at the beach access.
