Monthly Rentals Only: A very warm and well-appointed condominium apartment to escape the bitter cold of the north or just get away for months at a time. Three bedrooms (planty of space) and three baths. The property is located in Sea Trail Golf Resort with 3 championship golf courses, but you don't need to be a golfer! The furnishings are new and well maintained. There is plenty to do besides golf. The beach is just 3 miles away; a great place for a walk or bike ride. The Osprey Ridge Condominiums at Sea Trail are residential units with some long-term (monthly/yearly) rentals. The units are very well maintained and the grounds well cared for. The residents are very gracious. There is a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere surrounding the neighborhood. The surroundings are beautiful with rustic natural views along with the well manicured golf courses. The beach is only 3 miles away over the newly constructed bridge. the beach is a gem of the carolinas with an extensive undeveloped nature preserve. There are miles of beach to swim, walk and bike along.
