The service I received from the management of this vacation home was outstanding. I received concise directions to the place along with other locations of activities going on within the area. The home is very well kept and clean with the latest in furniture, appliances and technology provided. The location is in the center of all beach and golf activity for North Myrtle Beach. It is located on one of the three golf courses at Sea Trail. By the way these three courses are some of the best in North Myrtle. The best thing is the service that was provided, great accommodations and location to all activities at Myrtle Beach.

First off, Sea Trail in Sunset Beach, NC, is a great place to vacation, especially if you like golf and sandy beaches. The 3 golf courses are all challenging, but very playable and the beach is just minutes away across the Intracoastal Waterway. Sea Trail offers private parking at Sunset Beach, so there is no hassle with parking.
The townhouse-condo we stayed in was large and airy with lots of natural light. It featured private baths for each bedroom and two full kitchens. The main unit on the second floor had an LCD TV with built in DVD, which we enjoyed on several evenings. It was beautifully furnished with all of the amenities of an upscale resort, including Wi-Fi for staying connected.
We've been going to Sea Trail in Sunset Beach for several years now. We always stay in one of these condo's, and have never been disappointed.

This was my first experience booking a vacation rental directly with a homeowner via the internet. The entire experience was great. The owner of this property was very experienced--he has been renting his Sea Trail condos online since 1999. There was not a question that was left unanswered prior to our arrival--and he communicated with us several times prior to our arrival.
The condo was very well maintained and equipped. Pack your clothes, golf clubs, cosmetics and show up. You don't need to bring a thing--linens are included and so is departure cleaning. Secure wireless internet was also provided at no charge. If you like staying in a quiet family environment in a golf course community, this is the place to stay. We spent many mornings and afternoons on the screened porch watching the golfers. What fun! I guess it is true that the average golfer doesn't break 100. LOL!!
We will gladly return to Sea Trail and rent from this owner again. Nice place, great info, great local restaurants, great golf courses, great entertainment and NO SURPRISES. The price we quoted was the price we paid. We can't wait to return.
