Enjoy the private balcony with an ocean view as you wake up each morning or as you settle down each evening. You'll certainly appreciate being near one of the complex's beach accesses, located next to the building. My daughters and I spent a few days here and it was one of the most relaxing, calming times we have had; beautiful condo, fabulous beach, and kind people. Stay here !

The location of the condo was great, close walk to the ocean and being able to see it from the room. That is what made our decision to pick this condo. The furnishings we had a problem with the sofabed it was thin and the top of it curled up and dirty. The people above us were very noisy, since they didn't have carpet but hardwood floors. Also, we would try to get away from the noise and go out on the deck, well when we went out there, so weren't they and noisier then ever.
We had gone upstairs and asked the people to quiet down and they got insulted and came down to talk to us about it. At one time the kids above us made the ceiling fan dance that's had bad it was. So we did not get much sleep or quiet because of the people above us.
If we choose to rent from you again we will rent another condo but on the third floor so we won't have to listen to noise.
Thank you for asking our opinion and just because we had one bad experience doesn't mean we won't try again.
