Seagulls Landing is away from the public beach access and congestion but still only 2 miles down the road from wonderful restaurants, shopping, kayaking, charter boat rides and Surf City's intercoastal park with boardwalks, band shell and public boat launch. Ideal for biking, walking or running down the length of the 26 mile island with the sidewalk right out front. The cottage sits on a high lot overlooking a quiet neighborhood area with a wooded lot next door and out back.

This cottage is so cozy and relaxing to stay in. The location of the beach is just across the street and the restaurants and grocery stores are just a very short drive away. It is also a relief to find a place where my dogs are allowed to stay. The location of this cottage is conveniently located to everything you need, and its only a hop and skip away from the ocean. It was a beautiful vacation, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable, just right space, nice amenities such as wide screened front porch, enclosed outdoor shower and easy beach access. Made for a very relaxing beach week. I found Topsail Realty difficult to deal with but the owners have since changed realtors for the better! I will go back next year,

Great location--close to shops and restaurants, but not congested or noisy. Price is great for the amount of room and amenities. Two full bathrooms made it very nice. Outdoor shower with warm water was great after a day at the beach. We had all we needed and all kitchen appliances were in working order. Ice maker in fridge did not seem to work. Beach chairs would have been great. Beach access is literally right across the street down a 'pathway'. Watched the sunrise every morning. Beach is quiet and beautiful.

For me this is the perfect place to stay. The location is great. The ocean is a hop, skip and a jump across the street and the sound of the waves is perfect. Restaurants and shops are very close, but far enough away that it's still nice and peaceful and quiet.
The cottage is incredibly clean and very well kept. It is sweetly decorated with cute, charming little touches. Basic conveniences are perfectly covered.
The owners were great to work with. They were very caring and responsive. I can't say enough good things.
Seagulls Landing is a great find so while I which the owners the very best of luck, I hope it doesn't get too popular! It's the kind of place you want to return to year after year. -

Our family has enjoyed "Seagulls Landing" for a number of years. It is a very clean and beautful summer cottage on the NC coast. The beach access is right across the road and the access is very well maintained. The location is excellent with everything you need in a short drive. The location is quiet with a nice screened in front porch. You will love it!
