Great w/two kitchens and w/ds when there is 14 of us. Love that there is a door between so we don't have to go outside to enter. Family w/kids on one side! Can't get any closer to the beach than this. The turtles hatching and going into the water was priceless.

Carolina Joy is a very comfortable home. Even though it is an older home it has been well maintained. This is our thrid year visiting this home. I have a married son with 2 children and a married daughter with one childIt's bed configuration and the size of the home meets our needs beautifully. We usually have 9 in our party, but on the odd occasion (kids bring a friend) we have needed accomadations for 12 and it all works. Cudos to the owners for excellent maintanence.
This is our eleventh year on Topsail. Bryson and associates was our first realtor. Even though we have had to engage alternate realtors on occasion do to unavailable weeks, we always start with Bryson. The staff at Bryson is truly a Chamber of Commerce's dream. Can't say enough wonderful things about them. They are indeed the pleasant start to a wonderful vacation.
