Left on 05/04/2011 for a stay in June 2010
Great price with beach access across the street and nice neighborhood. However, house needs remodeling and updating, was not cleaned well and kitchen needed restocking with new cook wear. Also, no attempt to make concessions was made by realtor at checkout when displeasure with property was expressed...just an apology and the explanation that the owner wanted to clean it themselves.

We sincerely regret that this guest was disappointed with this property. We ask the guest when checking in to let us know of any problems, especially housekeeping. This guest did not make us aware of this problem until checking out. We had no opportunity to correct the situation.
During the spring, this home has had quite a lot of updates/improvements. We feel that future guests will be pleased with the condition of this budget-priced property.
