My husbnd and I rented Fins to the Right and its neighboring house, Going Coastal, for our daughter's wedding. She and I spent the week down there before the wedding with everyone else coming in on Thursday. The house and outside decking/walkways were a perfect setting for a wedding on the beach. Everyone at Bryson were wonderful to work with in obtaining these accommodations as well as answering questions and guiding us to other services to help with the wedding.

Our group stayed at Fins to the Right a few years ago and were instantly impressed with the decor, layout, amenities, everything about it. When we returned to Topsail last summer we requested that property with happy memories in our minds. We were disappointed that the property had not been maintained, especially the refrigerator (no ice!!!). We contacted Bryson office about this problem and also the overall cleanliness especially bathrooms. The response was underwhelming. We will probably not stay there again due to these reasons.

No worries, relaxing, refreshing is exactly what we needed and what we got. This is the second time renting this house. Will definitely do it again soon! Bryson staffers are fantastic and very accomodating. Any problems are handled with speed and courtesy.

We really enojoyed our stay at Fins to the Right. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach if fairly short. The kitchen was well-stocked. The following year we stayed in a much more expensive house and all commented that Fins to the Right had been more enjoyable. If only it had an elevator for all that kid stuff!

We actually liked Fins more than her sister "Going Coastal" right next door. Had rented there for several years but it was not available in 2010 during the time period we needed. Love the layout and was tastefully decorated. The tall deck chairs were awesome but the other deck furniture was a little lacking. We would have rented again this year but schedules and finances did not allow. I pray to be able to rent "Fins" again. In addition, Bryson has always been great to work with.I drive the 500 mile trip through the night and am there for Saturday breakfast. If the place is available early I have always been allowed to check in early. Just a great thing for me. I would always do whatever possible to find a Bryson rental for my vacation
