I stayed here with friends and family (Party of 5) for a week in September and we absolutely loved it. Ward Realty was great to work with and could not have been more accomodating. Alize is in a private neighborhood and at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's private, quiet and the view from the deck is stunning. The beach is about 3 blocks away and easy to walk to. Topsail Island is very casual and much less expensive than other beaches nearby. You can easily take trips to Wilmington, Emerald Isle or other close by beaches if you wish. This townhouse has the best equipped kitchen of any I have rented. You truly can prepare a gourmet meal here and have all the utensils you need. The bedrooms are large and the views from all are good. Everyone in the party confirms that this is the best place they have every stayed and loved Topsail.
