Each of the four bedrooms features a private on suite bath with a Jacuzzi style tub in one bathroom. This was our first visit to North Carolina. The house we stayed in was beautiful. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals during our stay was easy. The view of the ocean was incredible and we really enjoyed the pool. The close proximity to restaurants and stores also made our stay more enjoyable. Hopefully we will be returning next year.

It was my family's first visit to Surf City and we could not have been happier! Our stay was during the week of June 18, 2012. We vacationed with another family who had highly recommended the town. The home was lovely! It was clean, spacious and well stocked/equipped. The location was great, right in town and ocean front. The home was perfectly decorated but comfortable. We appreciated that the linens were included with the rental. That provision made packing for the week very easy. We enjoyed the spacious decks all throughout the day and evening. The upper deck was a great place to relax or take a break from the sun while still being able to enjoy the view of the beach and ocean... and even paparazzi! Yes, there were paparazzi on the beach to cover the girlfriend of a national politician, who happened to be staying in the other house of the duplex. He also made a few appearances. Certainly made for an interesting week! If we could make any recommendations, we would say that the addition of another, maybe even dorm size, refrigerator would be a good idea. The refrigerator is a side by side and with 9 adults staying in the house, it would have been nice to have had extra fridge space for food and adult beverages. Also, the living room seating is limited considering the number of people who can stay in the house. Overall though, we had a perfect week all around and loved staying at 110B N.Shore Drive! We hope to make our stay a tradition!

It was a lovely, clean home with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and get all of the rest we were seeking. The elevator of course was a wonderful utility and very helpful for our older family members and I'm sure made their trips more enjoyable. We will definitely consider staying again.

This beach house gets a 5 star rating from me. it not only is beautiful inside, and it has all the ammenity es you could want,from big screen tv,hard wood floors ,spacious living quarters, garden tub, to my favorite an elevator.. On the back deck, one of two, the ocean is a stones throw away...The pier is a stones throw away.Resturants across the street. this is the nicest place I have stayed in..Iwould not hesitate to rent this house again.

Beautiful house, great location, love the elevator for moving in/out and groceries, otherwise stairs are great for exercise. Plenty of room for lots of visitors! Kitchen a little small for lots of "cooks". Island would be better if moved into family room area an extra 1 1/2 to 2 feet. All in all great vacation!

the Villa was in a great location, in walking distance to shops, ice-cream and one or two restaurants close to playground for kids few minute drive. It had great space plenty for three couples and three small kids. direct beach access and for us very private because we went in off peak time. The bunk room on the second floor my kids loved with the extra trundle bed to sleep all three kids and their own bathroom.House was clean and looks as pictures describe. The downstairs basement extra I think 5th bedroom didn't work for us because of location by main house entrance with our small kids but would be ok for teenagers. I was a little concerned about being side by side with shared walls but fortunately for us no one was next door so I can't comment on how comfortable or noisy it would be if both units were booked. As well as the pool was easy to access, clean and really didn't have to share, the other people with children used it at another time. The carpet on the stairs could be changed but other then that well stocked, nice rooms, things in good condition and clean.The money was very cheap with it being almost half off the peak price so I would defiantly stay again and recommend it to another if I was staying on the island again. O and the elevator was a plus and a must need with the three levels and ease of getting bags and grocery's in.The view was wonderful and few minutes walk from fishing peir wich was nice for the fishers.
We did go during the hurricane so the only issue I had was with Treasure reality and their lack of service and accommodating people for fast check in. There were close to hundred people waiting to check in to their properties and they made no attempts to try to get people in early especially after missing a day already of the rental because of the island being closed down. As well as the carpets were damp and internet was down but that wasn't the fault of the property but the situation.Response from Treasure Realty - 12/17/2012

With regard to the hurricane aftermath and a slow check-in, I do apologize. Please understand that after a hurricane comes through, every property has to be inspected and readied for incoming guests—so although you missed a day of your vacation (which we regret as well), that did not put us ahead—but behind. Our cleaners and other vendors were not allowed on the island on Saturday, so all of their usual work plus additional tasks associated with the hurricane had to be completed in the same amount of time on the following day before check-ins. On this occasion, many people whose lives had been interrupted by the hurricane, put their own needs aside, rearranged their schedules, and endured major inconveniences in order to get things ready for incoming guests. It may not have seemed so, but we did everything we could to expedite the check in process and get you to your vacation as quickly as possible. I loved this house! The house is beautiful and well kept. We stayed in May and literally had the pool all to ourselves. Some of our party did not like being right next to the restaurant or the pier but it didn't bother me. We could have used more stemware for wine and margarita's but other than that it was great!

This location was very nice, clean and conveniant. We had my Mother-in-law who was 84 at the time and the elavator was an extra plus! Loved the decor also. Loved being close to grocery store and shops and a few eating places. Would stay there again!

We loved 110B North Shore Drive. In fact we have rented it along with another duplex in the same complex this fall. It had the most equipted kitchen of any place that we have stayed. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location was outstanding. We loved walking anywhere. I even felt safe walking at night. The fact that the unit was pet friendly and they offered free linens were the icing and cherry on the cake.

We were able to rent this at a reduced rate. Probably the nicest house we've ever rented at the beach!!! Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable. A pool for the little ones too.
