This oceanfront home has all the Southern Charm you will need to have a great vacation! This 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home is located in Surf City on beautiful Topsail Island, close enough to do all the shopping and dining you want to do but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. Enjoy the private walk way to the beach where you can enjoy the ocean any time of the day. The Southern Charm offers all the comforts of home without being at home so come and enjoy this spacious vacation rental and put your feet in the sand!

First level: Bedroom 2 with queen size bed that overlooks the ocean with a covered deck. Bedroom 3 also ha...s a queen size bed that also overlooks the ocean as well as access to the covered deck. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed which also overlooks the ocean and also has access to the covered deck. Bedroom 5 will make a perfect room for the kids, it has 2 sets of twin bunks. Each room has a TV and there are two full baths on this floor.

Second Level: You walk into the open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen with a refrigerator which has an ice maker, flat top stove, and dishwasher. There is a nice breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living room. The dining area has a table that seats 6. There are ocean views from everywhere on this floor. The bright openness of this area is the perfect way to stay connect with the family while cooking, relaxing or playing a board game. The master bedroom will also be found on this level off of the kitchen, with a king size bed which overlooks the ocean and has access to the sun deck. The master bath has his and hers sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. You will also find a half bath off of the kitchen.

The Southern Charm has many amenities including covered parking, outside shower, extra TV’s, DVD player, VCR, wireless high speed internet and a surround sound flat screen TV located in the living room. This is pet friendly and NON smoking.
