Cute & colorful with convenient location AND price! Poppy's Place is just the place for you! NEWLY UPDATED FOR 2013! New hardwood flooring throughout the first level, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and new living room furniture to make your vacation even more comfortable! This cottage makes you want snuggle up with your loved ones (inlcuding the family dog!) for a relaxing time indoors, just as much as it tells you to enjoy the outdoors with its inviting patio table, wonderful deck, and the sound of ocean waves nearby. Use the house for a couple's getaway, or enjoy spending time with a small group. Pets are welcome too! The ho...use is located in a quiet residential area of Surf City, just a couple of miles north of the stoplight. You'll certainly appreciate staying in a low traffic area with low beach crowding, but still being within minutes of shopping and restaurants. Two beach accesses are conveniently located near the house, each about 4 houses north and south of the house (less than 5 minutes walking distance). Cable TV and wireless internet provided for your convenience. Outdoor shower has cold water only and is not enclosed. Washer & dryer inside the house. Sorry, no dishwasher provided in kitchen. Bedding includes 3 Queens. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request. NO SMOKING permitted inside the property or on its decks. PETS ALLOWED at a fee of $100 per pet with a limitation of 2 pets per reservation.   Living Room was very uncomfortable, needed some updated furniture and beds were uncomfortable as well. Kitchen was large and stocked except not a bowl in the place. We were told to bring our own sheets and towels, but the house had hundreds of towels, and I packed an entire suitcase full. Those were the only negatives. Brought our dog and really needed the yard, which was good, except for the stickers... Also, the location was excellent. I wouldn't rent again, because I need more comfort when the stay is for an entire week, would have rented for a shorter period of time. Very reasonable accomadations for the price.
