Great property! Owner's attention to detail and desire for an upscale property show throughout. We literally walked in, unpacked and enjoyed. Very clean and well maintained, plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware. The pics show the view of the ocean from the upper deck but the view of the sunset over the marsh is even better. 2 decks and a patio on back and one deck on front allow for multiple options to enjoy the views. You are one block from beach, a small park with playground, basketball court, marsh walk is accross the street and you are a short distance from the Surf City shopping and restaurants. Thanks for exceeding our expectations!
