This awesome surf city oceanview cottage with double decks is a great choice for your beach vacation. The cottage is located in a convenient location approximately 150 yards from the atlantic ocean. It has all the comforts of home. A playground is also within 2 blocks. We are 1.8 miles from the center of surf city. Restaurants, gift shops, bike/boat rentals and the iga grocery are within walking distance. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a desireable reverse floor plan. Great location and great price. Only 150 yards and just steps to the beach. Go and come as you please, walk to shops and restarants just 1.8 miles to the center of Surf City. A playground is just 2 blocks down the street for the kids. This is a private home. No shared walls. Plenty of paved parking enough for 6 cars. Pets are allowed.
