Rates and Fees

Vacation Rental Seasons and Rates (rates include cleaning)

Off Season: January 1 through May 9

and September 14 through December 31

Weekly: $750 Daily $135 Minimum nights: 2

Mid Season: May 9 through June 8 and

August 17 through September 14

Weekly: $1,000 Daily $175 Minimum nights: 3

Peak Season: June 8 through August 17

Weekly: $1,200 Daily $210 Minimum nights: 3

Monthly Rentals available: Mid September thru mid-May: $1,300/month plus utilities and one time $110 cleaning fee. Long term dates are negotiable.

Prices do not include the following fees or 13% city and state taxes.

Booking fee: $42.70

Credit Card Convenience fee: $25.00 (when paying by credit card)

Security deposit Options:

A) $45/non-refundable (covers up to $3000 in accidental damage).

B) Vacation Rental Deposit is $300/refundable (if no damage) damage deposit .

Long Term/Monthly Rental Deposit is $1,300 (if no damage) damage deposit.

Travel Insurance: $76.43 (optional fee, covers cost of your vacation if anyone in your party is hospitalized and can't travel, death or evacuation due to weather)

$150 Pet Non-refundable Fee

A deposit is required within 10-days of your reservation and the remainder of the balance is due within 30-days of your arrival.

Bed linens and bath towels are not provided by the owner, if you choose not to bring your own, you can rent them for the following weekly amount.

Queen sheet set: $12/set

Twin sheet set: $8/set

Bath set: includes towel, washcloth and hand towel $3/set

  This is a great house with a great location. You can walk to the coffee shop, beach, park or resturants. The view of the sound is amazing, my son loved to sit on the balcony and watch the pelicans dive for fish. The owner is wonderful and helps anyway she can. We stayed here for a long term rental, my husbands stationed here, and we loved it. I would definetly recommend this house for a vacation rental or long term. It's great for families with or without kids.
