I was there from 16 June to 20 June. I rent from the owner called atul for his unit on Tower 3 Level 11. I was receive by Kelvin, he called me 2 day before to guide me on where to meet him when we arrive and to confirm our arrival time. When we arrive, he lead us to the residence carpark, brief us the surrounding and the unit. The property was also great as there are kitchen, dryer, washing machine, 2 bedroom and a nice cozy living room. I love the sofa best haha. There are 2 balcony and you can see the sunrise at the balcony beside the living room and view Nerang River at the balcony beside the master bedroom. Even though it is at the 11 floor but you can get a snap view of the surfer paradise. The night view is beautiful, there are pubs around it, supermarket below it, many food stall around the street, 5 mins walk to Surfer Paradise Beach, 3o min to Gold Coast airport, 1 hr to Brisbane. The apartment is well furnish and the room is well kept and no defects.There is a hot pool at level 5 and bbq pit there too.

Myself and a collegue stayed here as an extention to a work related conference. It was a great stay, just what was required. It was fully self contained, and with a shopping centre at the bottom of the lift, nothing was difficult. It was a 2 bed, 2 bathroom, which was perfect for a family. It looked to be privately owned, so I guess the furniture was getting on a little, but it was more than adequate.
We did have a bit of trouble with the TV, it looked like someone had severed the cable at the back, but it was fixed the same day we reported it. Also the fridge did have a tendancy to freeze most things in it, but we made do.
Our view was outstanding. We were on the 16th floor facing north, so we could see the beach, and the river, and our 3 balconies faced nth/east which was great for the morning sun.
Traffic noice was a bit annoying, and the young people calling out to each other up & down on the streets were very annoying, but we were on holiday & I guess so were they.
We didn't have a car, so we had to get around on foot, or by bus. Either was easy. We walked to the beach most days & it took 5 min. The hotel had a bus that took us to Dreamworld & picked us up. We were able to catch a bus the markets without any trouble at all.
The shopping centre under the hotel has lots to look at. Plenty of restaurants, Japanese, Italian, Australian, Chinese, and if what your looking for is not there, it wont be far away. I had an amazing Thai massage in the hotel shopping area just opposite Supre. I was authentic, and very relaxing. I spent $70.00 for 1.5hrs. I wanted to have another before I left, but time just got away from me.
Overall I had a wonderful time.
