ABOUT THIS LUXURY ENTERTAINMENT APARTMENT

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus Study apartment located on level 30 of the 4.5 star Resort Circle on Cavill 9 Ferny Avenue Surfers Paradise. Apartment has gorgeous and stunning ocean, hinterland and river views.

The bedding configuration for Apartment 1305 is;

1. The main bedroom with gorgeous Ocean and sunrise views, has a Queen bed, and a large ensuite with His and Hers vanities, a separate shower and separate deep spa bath. The main bedroom has a new Toshiba 32 inch FULLHD LCD TV.

2. The second bedroom with gorgeous Hinterland views and sunsets has a Queen bed that splits into 2 single beds.

3. The lounge room has 2x 3 seater lounge that you can sit on while you enjoy the 42 inch Panasonic Plasma, with Foxtel and Sports, a NEC DVD player, with over 20 DVDs, this is nice for the family or group to have some fun or sit back and relax.

4. Study Room- this is actually almost a third room. it is screened off with Japanese screens, has a click clack white PU leather lounge bed that clicks down and 2 can sleep here.

The Kitchen is fully functional with a large Simpson single door fridge.
