Beautifully decorated 2nd Floor Unit approx 1/2 mile from the Beach. 1 King Bd Rm with private bath. 1 Queen and 1 Twin Bd Rm. with a separate bath. Fully furnished kitchen. Carolina Sun Room. Washer and Dryer in Laundry Rm. Wi-Fi is ncluded in the rental. There are five televisions to allow all guests cable access to their favorite TV programs. Amenities include Executive Golf Course, complimentary golf passes, a Par Three Course, Driving Range, Tennis Courts, and Volley Ball. Fully equipped fitness room, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pool. Picnic area with grill. Free Seasonal Shuttle service to beach and nearby stores. Rates include taxes, cleaning, towels and linens. Wal-mart, banks and many supermarkets are within 3 miles. Private entrance, elevator is available. Located in a safe community for all ages. No beach towels or chairs are provided.

Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

You will want to return every year for your families vacation.

How do damage deposits work?
