We had a wonderful trip. I wasn't sure if we could really afford to take a vacation, but then I found this little place. It's not very updated and the carpets could use a good deep clean, but it was perfect for what we were looking for. We have an 18 month old and the smaller bedroom was perfect to set up his pack and play and we had a room on the other side (something we would not have in a hotel). We went grocery shopping and cooked most meals at the house and packed lunch and snacks for the beach. It really was a very short walk to the beach (perfect amount for stroller pushing) and a short walk to the playground. We drove to the outdoor pool, but I don't think it would have been that bad to walk to that either. There is so much that this development offers, that we didn't need to leave for a few days. I ran out to the gas station right outside the community and rented some netflix dvds. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband, two kids and I vacationed here. We had a wonderful time. The location was great. The area was quiet at night, and close to the beach. The kids loved being able to ride their bikes without worring about vehicle traffic (and so did I). The residence was clean and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I will be booking this home in January for next years vacation. Thank you Mr. Brady for the wonderful vacation experience
