The Brook House can accommodate up to 13 guests. You can enjoy the beach breeze from the screened in porch located at the back of the home. This is the perfect spot for couples, friends or families. This is a non-smoking home with 4 TVs, and does not allow pets. No inside stairwell from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. First floor bedroom has it's own bath and kitchen.
