It was a great location, very close to the beach. The setup in the living room was a bit odd and you had to sit under the tv if you had more than four in the room. We did find a couple of Cockroaches during our stay. One when we first arrived and then a couple more half way through, in locations I knew they weren't before since we always do an inspection when we first get there to report any damage that we did not do. The pool was supposed to be maintained three times a week but while we were there they did not come because the accumlation of leaves and other objects were never any different (more as the week went on.) I know it was cold, but it wasn't preventing my 8 year old from going in.

Pros: Price and location
Cons: very dirty, cochroaches spiders and other insects, floor was so dirty that your socks or feet were black from walking around....pool furniture was bad no tables and for a house that sleeps 8-10 they only had 3 chairs.....rental company was ok...not friendly but not rude...overall I would not stay in the house again but for the right price would rent from Garden City Realty -

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. Plenty of room for 10 people without feeling like we were on top of each other and lots of seating in kitchen and living areas. kitchen stocked adequately. minor thing, but needs a can opener.

We stayed at the same house last year. We were definately happy with the new kitchen appliances and cookware. The extra seating was very useful also. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the cleanliness of the house (last year it was spotless). My husband and I had the downstairs bedroom, and we walked out to the deck and there were pop cans that were used for ashtrays sitting on the deck...very disappointed. Under the beds were filthy and I reswept the downstairs. There were also cigarette butts at the pool area. My family loves this house, and we would stay there again..but PLEASE..make sure its clean next time!!

The location of the house was great, close to the beach and major roads as well as stores. The rooms were all a good size and the layout was very nice. Nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer while on vacation. Would stay there again. Lee M

The upstairs toilet in master bath wasn't flushing right, maint came out and said it was fine but it continued to act up. Could use more kitchen items like pans, pot holders etc. Need more living room seating, not enough for the 14 guests the unit holds.

We stayed at Incisal Edge for 2 weeks in August, 2011. Some things about the house were nice, but others were not: Advantages: 1. Pool is a nice size (20 x 12) compared to many. Also the pool area gets a lot of sun. 2. The bedrooms are spacious Disadvantages:
1. Kitchen was poorly stocked. The few pans that were there were in bad shape, so we bought a new cheap set and left it at the house. There was no cutting board. 2. There was no wifi; my husband went out and bought a router and resolved the situation. Management
was nice enough to reimburse us for the cost, but we shouldn't have had to deal with it in the first place. 3. There were roaches. This probably wasn't the house... just the area (they came out because of the heat and the rain). Management sent a pest person
to come out and spray, but the bugs never really went away. 4. There is just not enough places to sit in the family room, on the decks, or even at the pool. If you are going to meet the max. occupancy; you may want to think about this... Not everyone want
to hangout in their bedroom. 5. The sofa in the family room, and the carpeting on the steps needs to be replaced. 6. Management should supply a better vacuum for this place. No matter how much we vacuumed or swept with the broom, we couldn't keep the kitchen/
dining area free of sand. -

For the most part it was great. Could have used some better pots and pans. Teflon coating was cooking of the ones in the unit. It was a dusty in bedroom down stairs, but we took care of it. I would stay there again.
Internet didn't work very well. The pc virus protection was out and needed to be updated said your security is at rest. Didn't give you a good feeling about using the pc. -
