air conditioned 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in a private gated community within walking distance to Surfside beach 9 mi south of Myrtle Beach. Community has private beachfront parking, ballfields, lighted tennis courts, 24 hr security, outdoor and indoor year round pool,golf cart rental, playground and library. House has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, dvd, vcr, large shady deck and sunny patio. This house is old but clean and comfortable in a desirable location close to the beach , across the street from a fishing lake and minutes to golf, shopping,restaurants and Myrtle Beach. It is priced excellent for the location.
