  We rented this unit specifically for the pet friendly accomodation. This accomodation included a non refundable "deposit" tacked onto our weekly rental fee. Our family consisted of my parents, siblings/spouses, two teenage boys and one 10 year old as well as two small dogs (under 20 lbs each). Total 10 people. The unit has 5 bedrooms, three upstairs with private bathrooms, two downstairs which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have carpet which is very stained throughout as well as bedspreads that don't look like they have ever been cleaned. Pillows were too dirty to even think about putting my head on them. Kitchen was not well equipped if you are going to be cooking. No grill on site. Top of stove is cracked and water in light fixture in kitchen. Doorknob in master bedroom kept coming apart. Easy to get locked in, if you closed door all the way. We advised them of water in light but it was never corrected. Couches are very koolaid/juice stained and worn. Tile is on main level of floor. Parking underneath unit for three cars with additional space for one car. Outside shower next to entrance to pool. We used the pool often and enjoyed it! Fairly large pool which had two loungers and table and chairs, fenced area. House has two large wrap around porches and back porch. We enjoyed the front porch which had three rocking chairs on both levels and back porch which had a table and chairs. All of the porches are covered. Only entrance to lower porch is from living room, upper porch entrance is master bedroom and back porch from back steps or through downstairs bedrooms. Short walk to beach with beach access across street. I have stayed in pet friendly accomodations that are well maintained. This is definately not well maintained and needs refurbishing before I would pay the price they are asking as well as a pet deposit. Almost felt like asking what type of refund they would issue for the condition of the unit. Just want someone who might be considering this property to know what we experienced. We did enjoy the pool, the front porch and the time we spent with each other!
