Review - Phuket Vacation Apartments

Hi Ian,

I have been meaning to write to you since we got back from Phuket, however

life and especially work has been manic.

We would like to thank-you for all your organisation, answering our

questions (especially around taking a toddler to Phuket) and to say that we

had a wonderful time on holiday. Bang Tao and Surin were simply awesome and

the apartment was great, we loved staying there and we loved the whole of

Club Lersuang. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the other

guests friendly also, the kids loved the pool and especially sipping juice

at the swim up bar (very novel for them to do this).

We spent 5 days at Karon beach, and although the beach was nice and the

resort stunning (the guests not so friendly), we wished we were back at

Bang Tao as it was quiet and we loved the little Thai restaurants instead

of the mainly European resturants in Karon.

We would love to go back next year and we are trying to persuade Belinda's

parents to come and meet us from S.A

Thanks again and we have recommended the apartments to anyone who will

listen.

Review - Phuket Vacation Apartments

Never in my life had I dreamed that some day I would be spending a week in paradise. Now if anyone would like to “get away from it all”, hang out in a fully-equipped, luxurious two bedroom apartment overlooking both a pool and a bay with daily maid service to boot, let me tell ya, this is the place. Every day seemed to hold new surprises for us such as exquisite and reasonably priced room service meals. That`s right, breakfast served in bed unless we opted for our delightfully sun-drenched veranda. Laundry? No such worry. Feeling a bit sore after that five minute walk back from snorkeling along the bay? No problem. One phone call and the masseur is on her way for the price of a Coney Island hot dog! Need to connect with others back home or just idle away? High speed internet and cable TV are ready and waiting both in the living room or a few feet way in the restaurant. Thanks! Say, is it too late to book the whole month of January next year?

Dear Ian,

A bit belatedly, I would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Phuket Vacation Apartments. We had a wonderful time, the apartment was absolutely perfect, in fact my daughter, who has travelled extensively, says it is the best apartment she has ever stayed in.

There is nothing we can add to say things could have been improved, it was perfect. Also Mrs Taew your housekeeper is an absolute gem, always there to look after us and to provide any extra service we may have requested, she was fantastic.

Even the pick-up and drop off at the airport were perfectly arranged and the help we received was truly commendable, with all persons involved being helpful, friendly and courteous.

So if we visit Phuket again, we will definitely be in touch and we sincerely thank you all for everything.

  Had a fantastic stay at Baan Puri. Great pool, restaurant was good. And so close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I was there with a girlfriend and we had a great time - very romantic. It would be great with a family too since there is so much to do and we saw a few families really enjoying themselves.
  100% recommend it. Best stay ever!

  The location is great, only minutes away from beautiful Surin beach. The rooms are big and spacious. Very comfortable and they have thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, tv, & DVD player, and even a selection of movies. Internet works great, inside & outside the room. Beautiful pool & garden. Great little restaurant on sight. Oh, and a fully equipped gym. Pool toys & rings to use on sight. The rooms are so spacious, can easily be shared by 4-6 people. This place is a great deal! They even pick up at the airport. Once you try, you'll want to return again & again.

  Very spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Easy to organise via the owner. Pool is great - very large with separate area for small kids. Many quests had small children. Resort is self contained - food and drinks available at reasonable prices. Resort is a close safe walk to beach and the many eating places, bars etc. I was surprised at the the variety of choice available - particularly if you take Surin Beach into account. Apartment had a very good kitchen which we didn't use - would be great if you wanted to buy food at supermarket ( 20 minutes away ). Overall this was what we needed to have a truly relaxing time!

  Outstanding accommodation - comfortable, clean, serviced daily. Washing can be done for you for a small fee. Taken one day, returned the next, clean and ironed. Pool amazing, short walk to Bang Tao beach and the shops. Service from all staff was exceptional - they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. There is a well being centre at the resort. The staff there were beautiful - pedicures, manicures, massage all designed to make you relax. Restaurant was top quality. No complaints re food at all. Totally relaxing experience, would love to return one day and would not hesitate to recommend this place. As this was my first time overseas, I could not have asked for a better time. Standard has been set very high for any future trips overseas!

  A Wonderful Family Holiday

  We recently spent 7 nights at Baan Puri Resort in Phuket for a family Christmas vacation. There were 6 of us (my husband, son, daughter and her husband, my daughter's mother in law and myself)
  The apartment was simply sensational! The photos and description probably dont do it justice. It contains quality furnishings and everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and even though there were 6 of us , there was plenty of room.
  We all loved the location,(close enough to the beautiful beach and far enough away so that it is very quiet and peaceful). The pool area is fantastic, including the swim up bar where you can have a relaxing drink or snack. We loved the restaurant. The food is great and very well priced. Our stay was made extra special by the wonderful staff at the resort who treated us like family! Am, Lee, Cho Cho (not sure how to spell his name? ) and Mrs Dow were outstanding. Am even organised a special birthday treat for our son who celebrated his birthday on Christmas Eve. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was very sad to say goodbye to them.
  
  It is always a little scary when you organise a holiday over the internet and I did think that maybe the reviews I read about Phuket Vacation apartments were maybe too good to be true! But now I can understand why they read so well! It was a pleasure to deal with Ian. He promptly responded to all my emails.
  
  We really hope to return to this little piece of paradise sometime!

  So relaxing - not a thing to stress about

  We have stayed at Baan Puri with Phuket Vacation apartments on 2 occasions now and both times we have had the most relaxing stays. We are a family with 2 kids (12yrs & 4 yrs). Khun Twae came to attend to our needs every day and was so kind and helpful. We have stayed in the upstairs apartment (2 bath) and the downstairs by pool (1 bath). Both were very clean and had modern facilities. We really appreciated everything Phuket vaction apartment did for us, such as the driver to and from the airport, the daily housekeeping, the toys for the kids, the free wifi. We love the locationand facilities of Baan Puri too. The short walk to beautiful Bang Toa beach and all the beach clubs, restaurants etc. also love the swimming pool the complex has. Our boy learnt to swim in it! The gym was also an added bonus and we made good use of the onside restaurant.no complaints. We will definitely be back!

  Fantastic Property,
  Very clean, maid service every day.
  Close to Bang Tao Beach and the lovely Bang Tao village.
  Far enough away from the noise of Patong but only 20 mins (and $20 aUD) Taxi drive.
  Was a pleasure living here for 2 weeks,
  Powerful air Conditioner meant we could relax and sleep at night.
  Definitely would not stay any where else
