The property is perched on headland between two of Phukets most beautiful beaches, Surin and Laem Singh. The villa, featuring leading-edge design built to exceptionally high standards, is one of 5 exclusively designed properties on a secure private development, where an on-site management office takes care of the villas and their guests. Decoration and design is contemporary modern Thai, the living accommodation features a blend of solid wood and terrazzo flooring, while black fired-slate is used extensively in the bathrooms. Guests will feel comfortable and welcome with the villas amenities.

The villa has unrivalled views over the Anda...man Sea, Surin bay and its magnificent beach. Laemsingh beach is a 5 minute walk, while Surin beach is 2 minutes by car. The villa has an internal area of 500 Sq metres, and a further 450 Sq metres of terracing, gardens and balconies.

The villa is laid out on 3 levels and offers a remarkable spectrum of accommodation.

A wooden spiral staircase leads to the vast top level Master Suite that includes a sitting area with a comfortable chair and couch, and a small office area. The bathroom features an enormous hand-made terrazzo bath and a separate shower. There is a 10 metre private sun-deck spanning the width of the room for relaxing and entertainment. However the greatest aspect of this suite is the view that greets you when the electric blinds are raised when you awake in the morning - the view of Surin bay is truly astonishing.

The middle floor incorporates the main living and dining areas and the guest suite, also with exceptional views of the beach and bay. The guest suite has a separate shower and a sunken terrazzo bath. The outside terraced areas feature two ponds, and an 18 metre long L-shaped infinity pool. There is a Sala with a day-bed for relaxing on or having that outdoor massage, which readily converts to a Japanese table and bench for the ideal breakfast or light lunch. There is adequate room for sunbathing and relaxing on the terraces, where the eaves of the roof provide shade if required. The living room shares the same magnificent view, and features a balcony the full width of the room - great for sharing sun-downers or for outside dining.

The lower level focuses on privacy, and features a secluded walled garden where the remaining two bedrooms and gym are located. The gym has running and elliptical exercise machines and a TV/DVD. The garden offers guests peace and tranquility, and is populated by a variety of trees and plants.

All bedrooms are large, have king-sized beds, their own en-suite facilities with shower and/or bath, substantial built-in wardrobes and sun-decks or balconies. There are adequate sun-beds scattered over the balconies and terraces of the villa. All rooms in the villa have their own individually controlled air-conditioning.

At the entrance to the villa there is a car port/garage suitable for 2 large vehicles. The maid has separate quarters outside of the main living area to service guests yet provide complete privacy when required. Should you require it; the maid can provide a variety of meals catering to both Thai and Western tastes. The maid's quarters comprises her own bedroom, bathroom and a laundry room.

The large Italian designed kitchen features state of the art appliances with granite work-surfaces. There is also a safe, security alarms and 24 hour security guards on the development.

Although children are very welcome a higher level of supervision is recommended for curious toddlers due to the attraction of the pool and water features and balconies. The bed configurations are - King Size bed in each bedroom, each bedroom has a en-suite bathroom. There are two more bathrooms in the villa.

Location

Both of the local beaches Laemsingh and Surin offer great casual dining, and Surin itself provides a small but select assortment of restaurants and bars. You will not have to leave the area to be entertained and enjoy fine cuisine. Surin is also host to some of the most exclusive hotels on the island - the Amanpuri and The Chedi - where superb dining is available, both less than 5 minutes drive from Laemsingh. For a raucous night on the town, Patong is less than 20 minutes away where you can literally party all-night in the variety of bars and entertainment establishments that the town offers.   As soon as you walk into the villa, you are taken by the beauty, serenity, and magnificence of the beach view. The villa is decorated with such warmth and comfort that you feel right at home. Every details and amenities have been carefully and crafted so that you will be amazed and never want to leave. The location is simply perfect for those beach lovers since it is a very short walk from the villa. At night when it is calm and people are out, you see the night life come alive before your eyes. We enjoyed a nightly fireworks and beautiful lanterns being celebrated. It really is unique and fun for us and our children to see. Besides all the wonderful amenities that we enjoyed so much at the villa, the staff was absolutely amazing. The head chef Too and her assistant definitely aimed to please us in every way possible. She can cook anything your hearts desire. What amazing meals we ate and experienced the true Thai culture through her cooking. It is hard to say what we liked the best because the villa, the food, the beaches, the location, and did I mention the food...simply the best! Would definitely come back again! Also Villa Getaways were just fantastic. They really went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure that we were happy customers. We will definitely use them again for other vacation spots. Big thanks to Kris and Tan for all their help in making this trip a vacation we will never forget.
