London, England, United KingdomPerfect Penthouse and perfect location
Left on 01/30/2013 for a stay in January 2013
My friends booked this Penthouse for my 30th Birthday and it was the best present ever. The penthouse was lovely inside - all the rooms were big and the view on to the sea was amazing!
The penthouse was very cosy and clean and as we stayed when it was freezing, it was lovely to cook meals and have a glass of wine looking out on to the sea front. The kitchen and living room were very modern and spacious and good for entertaining.
Swanage is a great place - packed with really nice pubs with plenty of character and friendly locals. The restaurants were nice too - quality local produce being used in the majority of them.
The beach and the surrounding areas were stunning.
All in all a great long weekend and I would highly recommend this penthouse to families and groups of friends looking for a quality place to stay in a prime location. -

BristolA splendid September in Swanage
Left on 12/03/2012 for a stay in September 2012
I rented this apartment for a week in September 2012 when , in contrast to most of the Summer, the weather was splendid. I found the accommodation spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the facilities offered by the kitchen / diner as a great space to indulge my passion for cooking.
The central location gives great sea views an easy access to some fine pubs and places to eat. As a keen walker I find it convenient to walk direct from the flat out to some splendid countryside and cliff walks. Good transport links mean you can return home by road ,rail(steam) or even sea !
This quayside flat provided great accommodation for me to enjoy the essentials of a good holiday ... comfort , good food and a variety of experiences.

Excellent well equipped luxury apartment with everything you need (and more) for a relaxing holiday. Superb views over Swanage Bay, so even when the weather was not so good, we spent time watching the world go by from the sitting room. Would definitely book again. Very good value for money. Owner service was quick and efficient. Flat spotlessly clean.

StevenageLovely apartment-fab location
Left on 11/18/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Well what can I say except we have been going to 9 Quayside Court for the past 6/7 years for both short and long stays several times a year. Its a lovely flat in a fab location overlooking the stunning bay of Swanage. It has become a home from home for us and we always enjoy our family breaks. The only down side is the couple of bars that stay open far to late and can be noisy, but we can live with that as it only really the fri/sat night which is a bit annoying. Graham and anne the owners are always very helpful and accommodating when contacting them. The apartment has its own lift which is ideal for anyone with mobility problems etc.. Would highly recommend if you want a relaxing fabulous break with all amenities within a stones throw of the apartment

Left on 11/18/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Blissful weekend stay with great views over the water in an excellent location close to heart of Swanage. All restaurants and bars are a stone's throw away. The apartment is superbly kitted out for comfort and has all the obvious amenities for a family self catering holiday. A small terrace is a natural sun trap with brilliant views. Ideal spot for families or couples seeking a romantic break. Lift was helpful.

New Ash Green, KentSuperb penthouse apartment:luxury, comfort & fantastic sea views
Left on 11/13/2012 for a stay in December 2011
The photos and details on the website for this fabulous appartment do not lie! The appartment is spacious with attractive decor and it is very well equipped - providing luxurious self-catering. The lift is easy to use and makes arrival and departure very easy. You couldn't be closer to the sea when sitting on either of the balconies. On a warm day they are ideal for sitting out on and admiring the magnificent views across Swanage bay and out to the Isle of Wight - or just soaking up the sun and watching the world go by along the promenade below. You can walk along this in either direction as soon as you leave the property. In one direction to the cliffs and countryside and in the other into town and the main Beach. We love both. Swanage has such a lot to offer to all age groups. A delightful mixture of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. and the Beach is clean and inviting. Added attractions are the Steam Railway and Mowlem Theatre. There is lots of History and Nature to explore within Swanage and the surrouding districts. We have been holidaying at Swanage in all seasons) for many years and have never tired of it. It is a very friendly, welcoming town and Quayside Court is the icing on the cake!

Left on 11/09/2012 for a stay in July 2012
I have stayed here twice. The apartment is light and airy with breathtaking views and is very well equiped.
The location puts all the range of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance without spoiling the view. -

BristolWonderful view from the windows facing the harbour and sea.
Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We found it very tricky to get entry into the carpark for the first time.
The apartment is large and spacious with excellent views from the front and all the equipment you could hope to find, even down to binoculars!
The location is good, Swanage is a delightful small seaside town with interesting shops and good food outlets.
Excellent views of the Isle of Wight (on a clear day), always something of interest to watch in the harbour and the steam train journey to Corfe Castle was a bonus.
Entrance to appartment via lift is approached through a very shabby entrance and needs attention.
The duvets are very poor quality and looked shabby, also the mattress covers, which were thin and torn at the edges. Otherwise very good and we would probably come again though the price is quite high for the area, when we visited in mid September, 2012. -

Great flat, well equipped and in a perfect position with beautiful views, what more could you ask ?! It accommodates us (family with 2 kids) plus the Grandparents comfortably. We all try to go twice a year and have been doing so now for around 4 years. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Left on 11/06/2012 for a stay in October 2012
We have stayed in Swanage on numerous occasions and this apartment rates as one of the best. The location - right on the quay and in the town - is perfect. The views over the water and front are amazing and ever changing. The cleanliness and standard of accommodation is very good. Unfortunately the oven was not clean, but we feel this was an oversight and not typical of the standard. We wouldn't hesitate to revisit

Left on 11/06/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We have stayed numerous times over the last few years both with and without our young children and in all weathers and always thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is in a spectacular location and is very well equipped - there is nothing you might need that you cannot find! Graham and anne are wonderful hosts and always ensure that the place is spotless and you have all the information you might need. There is tonnes of things to do in Swanage and the surrounding area and we will definately continue to use the apartment.
We love it whether for a weekend of partying with friends, a week with the children or a treat for an elderly relative as there is a lift and excellent access to shops, restaurants, beach, etc.
We have recommended it to friends and they have all loved it too! -

Left on 11/06/2012 for a stay in March 2012
I really enjoyed staying at this flat
Sitting on the balcony looking out to sea with the Isle of Wight in the distance
Great walks from your doorstep - east to Studland Bay, west probably my favourite to Worth Matravers or inland to Corfe Castle
Steam railway trips, nice pubs with live music, a nice beach.
The firework display on the seafront is a must too in the Summer.
Nice shops to look around right on your doorstep.
Great location. -

A wonderful week in Swanage. Location of Penthouse perfect, lift for those who need it. Three good sized rooms, all fully fitted and comfortable. 1 small ensuite, but handy and clean main bathroom. Great kitchen with a large dining area, perfect for family get togethers. Lounge very comfortable, with amazing views of the sea, downs and Old Harry Rocks and a small balcony, ideal for morning coffee, even in November! Parking included. All in all we had a perfect family holiday at The Quayside and will be returning.

Lovely large and well appointed apartment. The private parking is a real boon. Right in the centre of Swanage with the open air fish restaurant and crabbing off the quay just outside your door - yet private and not noisy. Highly recommended

Oxford, United KingdomGreat place to stay
Left on 11/06/2012 for a stay in June 2011
This apartment is situated pretty much in the center of Swanage. It's well appointed with all you'd need for a great stay. It has two balconies, one off the lounge and one off a bedroom. They have great views of the pier and harbour and are a great location for watching the world go by!
It's on the top floor with access via a key operated lift (shared with the other top floor flat) or via a communal staircase. As it's central, restaurants, pubs, shops etc are all on the doorstep. My favourite place to eat being Gee Whites, a shell fish bar really close to the apartment (there are plenty of reviews on trip advisor which back up my view!) However it's location does also mean it has one slight problem - there is a club close by - and one of the bedrooms can suffer from noise when the club closes. However we didn't find it to be a problem as we weren't there at the height of the season and the club was not busy.
I loved the place and fully intend to go back soon.
