This quality barn conversion sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, in Llanedi near Pontarddulais. Pant Y Dwr Newydd is a quality barn conversion in the hamlet of Llanedi, 2.7 miles from the town of Pontarddulais. There is a king-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double and two twin rooms, along with a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen has a dining area, there is a cosy reading area in the large hallway, and the sitting room has a gas fire and very large TV. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Friendly hosts and welcome pack. Deceptively large accommodation, beautifully decorated, clean and homely. Great that dogs were welcome, though not so good that needed to walk/drive along a busy road to give them a morning walk. Handy for a stroll to the pub. kids liked the gigantic TV in the living room. Hosts always there if you needed them, but never intrusive - perfect!
