Service with Coldwell Banker was easy and smooth. Lucky Bear Lodge was a nice mountain home with plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. Good bedroom sizes, 3 bathrooms, plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of seating, game room, yard big enough for play. Neighborhood location was great for family strolls, easy access to Rt 219 and view of the lake, through the trees. Only negative was some of our family had trouble operating the bedroom T.V's.

Ms. Sandi and Mr. Patrick went out of their way literally to serve us and, we really do appreciate it and thank them personally, and their service makes Coldwell Banker Realty at Deep Creek an exemplary company to do business with; the house was perfect; we travelled with our children and grandchildren; this was a trip where all of us could be together at the same time in the same place; it had been awhile since we were able to do this. I got the confirmation and did not know that my card was denied, yet they took care of us anyway. I am so grateful!!! Thanks, Thanks, Thanks !!!

We stayed at Lucky Bear Lodge for a bachelorette getaway weekend and we loved it! The house was beautiful and very spacious. We had 13 people and almost eveyone had a bed or couch to sleep on. The property was close to restaurants, a spa and the beach which was convenient. We can't wait to go back!

We traveled to Deep Creek lake with our friends to celebrate a birthday, total of 6 couples. Everyone had their own room! The Lodge is spacious and cozy at the same time and has everything a group needs to relax and party (Hot Tub, Grill, Game Room, place to dance...)
We really enjoyed it and will return for more. -

This year was the 2nd time we rented this cabin. When we arrived, we found dirt piles on the floor, and the main floor bathrooms toilet unflushed (#2). Hard to beleive it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The a/C did not work this year, and the basement door to the hot-tub could not be opened, broken. This is a true rental, having wear & tear of such, but overall is okay. Ease of access via garage for wheelchair bound friend is primary reason for return. Also very private, and good location.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. We had family that came and went who were visiting with us. It was convenient to a market and to lots of activities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table.
The kitchen was small for the number of people we had in the house. A real bed instead of the futon would have been better. All of the outside doors need fixing so you can open and close more easily. The carpets and area rugs need cleaning.
Checking in and our was very easy. Any questions/problems we had were resolved quickly.
