Great place except for the non-working items -- brown water in jacuzzi, computer did not work, toilet in master bath kept having to put chain back on.

This rental was very clean and spacious. Although, there were several issues with the house that we needed to call the maintenance department for. Dock not in water far enough, Garage door not working, electrical outlets and lights not working, toilet not working, TV not working.
Additionally, the lot was described as with a view across a vacant field to the lake. We had this view, except the owner had left his large white trailer and bulldozer right in the middle of the view. It would have been nice for him to park it off to the side. Quite an eyesore.
Why did they decide to change from Direct TV to Comcast, while we were there? Especially, since the house was vacant the week prior and after our stay.
Having to climb steps everytime we came home was not ideal.
Neighborhood and location are great.
Kitchen and appliances and available supplies were good.
Hot tub was good and clean.
