Light bulbs were missing, gas fireplace didn't work, dirty porch, portable phone didn't work, cable upstairs was broken too.
House was spacious, appliances were great, very cozy and great location. Just fix the little things and I'd come again. -

No hot water for 2 days and basement was flooded by leaking water tank. Gas fireplace does not work and kichen appliances are so old.

It was 95 degrees for much of the week and unfortunately the unit had no air conditioning. To make matters worse the hot tub didn't work and we were informed that a part was on order. It never arrived the whole week. We whould have been told before we booked that the hot tub was broken. Other than that it is a great locaton and a pretty nice house with a great dock.
