There are no Government fees/charges. There is a A$95 fee that goes toward servicing and laundering of all linen and the apartment departure cleaning.

My wife and I stayed here for New Year and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It's a very pleasant apartment with everything that you need and only about 7 minutes by taxi to Central Quay. Happy to recommend very strongly.
If you want to book, make sure that you speak to the owner. We had people knock on the dorr whilst we were there who had booked and paid though a fake website. Apparently it's not the first time it's happened.Response from Tracie Hamilton - 07/15/2012

Yes www.craigslist.com is a problem, as anyone can list anything on that site, so thanks for mentioning to book directly through us, and our website www.inhouse.net.au. We're just back from a trip to the UK and Europe, and even we were scammed in London, so it can happen to anyone, so it's always best to go through the owners official website where possible, or call them.
Hopefully we'll hear from you again if ever you return to Sydney!

just spent a week over chinese year year at InHouse Potts Point. Located in such a cool area with fabulous cafes and food stores but also really handy for town, the beach and exploring the different neighborhoods. The apartment was really clean with all mod cons, we were left wanting for nothing. This is my first rental directly from an owner - I'm a convert.

We loved our stay at inhouse Potts Point! The apartment has been well designed and decorated and is in a beautiful grand Victorian Terrace, with high ceilings, very comfortable furniture, and bed (!), and views of The Harbour Bridge from the bedroom, which was a real surprise!
The location couldn't have been better, and Potts Point is so fabulous, with too many restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from, along with surrounding suburbs such as Elizabeth Bay and Darlinghurst!
We particularly loved being able to walk down to the harbour in a few minutes, and then be in the city or at The Opera House within 10 minutes!
Staying in an apartment as gorgeous as this, was the way to experience Sydney! We'll be back soon! -

We spent 3 nights at InHouse, which is conveniently located in the Potts Point neighborhood, near excellent restaurants, markets, and the CityRail. The Condo is quiet, comfortable, and offers free wi-fi. The owners were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Our only (minor) complaint was that we could regularly smell the neighbors' cigarette smoke.

This gorgeous apartment is really centrally located in a great location, plenty of restaurants, fantastic cafes for brunch, and super proximity to taxis, buses etc. Property manager Tracey was really helpful (we arrived on an early morning flight so needed to leave our bags somewhere prior to check-in).
Our own home is in the country so we're quite particular about noise, but being situated near the end of a quiet no-exit street there is little traffic so it's a really peaceful spot. The interior of the apartment is perfect for a couple, with a very spacious living area. It pretty much has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Sydney.
One teensy request though - I couldn't find a hairdryer in the apartment. This was a little tricky as I never travel with one as other apartments & hotels we stay at always have them. It'd be great to know there would be one there next time we stay! :)
I'd definitely recommend this apartment over a hotel room any day for singles or couples. It's like having your own suite without having to go through the big lobbies etc, only in a much cooler part of town :) -

After staying at inhouse in 2009 we were anxious to return during our australian getaway in august, 2010. The property was as wonderful as ever...modern, contemporary furnishings; luxurious aesop products; immaculately clean; and of course the ideal location in Potts Point can't be beat! Tracey was a delight to correspond with for the reservation and arranging the details of our stay. Inhouse is a fantastic alternative to a hotel in Sydney. We look forward to another return visit to inhouse the next time we visit Sydney.

Great apartment, Comfortable Bed, Clean, Modern, View of the Bridge, access to some of the best restaurants in Sydney, room to fit all the shopping, felt like coming home every day. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Potts Point and can recommend highly. Thanks Tracey, it was a wonderful stay in Sydney, made even better through the lovely accommodation. I look forward to coming back.

We spent 4 lovely days in this elegant and stylish apartment. It is located on a charming street in Potts Point, a real haven of tranquility.
Everything was spotless clean as we arrived and we were more than happy to have such a nice place for our own. We felt like real Sydneysiders!
It is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the owners even provided guides, books and magazines. But the best is the sunny bedroom and the view on the Harbour Bridge.
It is ideally situated, near Wooloomooloo Wharf and within walking distance to all main attractions.
Potts Point is lively and has a wonderful atmosphere with great restaurants, cafés and shops.
Our stay was just perfect and we wish to come back soon.

We love this apartment and come back whenever we stay in Sydney.
It is in a lovely heritage house and it is very beautifully and comfortably furnished and even has a view to the Harbour Bridge.
The location is great - next to many wonderful restaurants and shops; and you can easily walk to the Botanical Gardens and the opera house.

We had the most fabulous stay in this delightfully elegant, townhouse apartment, in sophisticated Potts Point, Sydney -which is on one of the most beautiful harbours in the world!
The apartment is in a quiet cul-de-sac street, right off the main street of Potts Point, so we just walked around the corner to a wonderful range of Sydney's best cafes, bars and restaurants, which was perfect for us after a busy day out in fabulous Sydney! When we did want to leave Potts Point, there were taxis at the end of the street, and also plenty of buses, including a number of sightseeing buses which run regularly. We also enjoyed walking a different route into the city each day, along Sydney Harbour's foreshores and through The Botanic Gardens -so you definitely have no need for a car here!
Having a whole, spacious floor, and our own private entrance, was very luxurious, and made us feel like locals. We loved the way the apartment had obviously been transformed by a good designer, including it's architectural details, colour scheme, great use of space & contemporary furniture.
We couldn't fault the apartment in any way, we'll be back soon ourselves, and we'll definitely be telling all our friends who travel to Sydney.

We were delighted to get a booking, for what looked like a unique and beautifully designed apartment, in an area so close to the City and Sydney Harbour.
We were even more impressed when we arrived to find that it was SO much more beautiful, larger and more spacious than the photo's revealed! And it was all ours for a week!
It reminded us of a Parisian apartment with it's parquet floors, high ceilings, sophisticated colour scheme and decoration, and Potts Point is truly a slice of Paris too with it's elegant architecture, designer boutiques and wonderful food!
As you can walk to Sydney Harbour in around 5 minutes, we walked everywhere, and loved feeling like a local, following them in the morning into the City and around the Harbour, to The Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, from where we caught ferries around the Harbour and to Manly. It was fantastic and the best way to see this spectacular city!
On our way home we stopped off at The Woolloomooloo Wharf for drinks, watching the sun go down and the parade of Sydneysiders who all love to come here to eat and drink and watch the world go by!
Then just up the hill to our apartment, where we'd just relax and eat something from one of the well known specialist food suppliers around the corner, or just walk to one of many of Sydney's best cafes and restaurants. What a treat!
We absolutely loved our stay here, will tell everyone we know, and would love to come back soon!
