Set over two levels is this luxurious, bright, spacious 2 bedroom apartment offers large open plan living, modern bathroom and kitchen with quality furnishing throughout, stainless steel appliances, ducted air conditioning and heating and one car space.

Note, the undercover security parking for this apartment is accessed by foot via the lane at rear of the building.

Every apartment is decked out with stylish contemporary living and dining room furniture, a brand new HD/3D 51 inch flat screen TV, Foxtel, the best in bedding and linen, well thought out kitchen facilities and homewares, functional yet comfortable living spaces, appliances and furnishings and of course an espresso coffee machine with a selection of unique coffee blends ready to enjoy.

This apartment is perfectly located just five minutes from Sydney CBD, Kings Cross and Potts Point and two mins from Oxford St. Close to bus stops that head to Paddington, Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach and beyond.

Note, we regularly upgrade our furniture in our apartments. Accordingly, the furnishings may be different to those shown in the pictures for this apartment. We guarantee that the furnishings will be of the same standard as that shown in the pictures, or higher.

The Darlinghurst Village is a heritage precinct where the majority of buildings are early 20th century terrace houses. It comprises 20 blocks bounded by Barcom Avenue, Forges and Oxford Streets and Taylor Square. Darlinghurst boasts Oxford Street, Sydneys most famous strip shopping street, where you will find everything from supermarkets to gift shops, through to alternative clothing boutiques, late night bookshops and music stores.
Darlinghurst is home to range exceptional designer and home wares outlets, as well as a great selection of various ethnic cafes and restaurants, from basic to up market. Oxford Street exclusive cinemas, the Chauvel and the Palace Academy Twins and Palace Verona, specialise in foreign and art house films and International Film Festivals.
This happening strip, alive day and night, with outdoor cafes all along, is also a great place for people watching. Darlinghurst has an eclectic mix of businesses, from well-established dining venues, cafes, bars.

  Great apartment if you are deaf!

  Before I explain why I gave this location 2 stars I want to say that it was a beautiful apartment in a great location and the Property Manager did an excellent job of making our Checkin, Stay, and Checkout as seamless as possible.
  
  Now to the bad part. Noise.
  
  There is a restaurant directly across the street from the largest bedroom that has windows facing the apartment. 5 or 6 nights a week with their windows open, there was screaming and yelling until 2am. I'm told that it is a Mexican Restaurant and they ply their clients with tequila from the minute they sit down.
  
  There are also 3 or 4 Rental Car agencies nearby and every morning starting as early as 4:30am a large truck or trucks would pull up outside the apartment and slam down their metal ramps and drive cars up onto the carrier. That also made loud clanging and banging noises and, again, this was directly outside the window. I have video documenting both of these nuisances if you doubt the veracity of my claims.
  
  I feel bad about rating this unit so poorly but I had to sleep with Noise Cancelling Headsets on every night or I would be awakened by the trucks. This after putting up with hours of noise from the restaurant.

  We are glad that you experienced such excellent service from our team during your stay. Regarding the noise issues that you experienced- it needs to be understood that this is inner city living . The apartment is 5 star and positioned to be in the heart of Sydney and close to CBD and all other conveniences and nightlife. With this location, it is inevitable that there will be some noise as opposed to an apartment in the suburbs that is away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney.

  Excellent Brand New apartment, Great Location But Still Some Iss

  Stayed here with my family over the Christmas period in Dec 11'. Apartment was brand new, mordern, spacious and contemporary. It was extremely comfortable for all of us. Designer furniture and a well equipped kitchen made the apartment look very sleek. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to Sydney's shopping areas at Georges Street/ Castlereagh Street and Oxford Street with Hyde Park literally located at your doorstep. The apartment is set over two levels, with the living and kitchen located on the main floor and bedrooms located on the lower level. While we were there, there was no direct access from the carpark to the apartment building (the apartment had its own designated lot). You had to walk through an alley to get to the front of the apartment complex. I understand that this issue will be resolved in due time. Also, we had only one set of keys instead of two sets usually given by the management. No information booklet/dosier was given to us and we were left to figure out our bearings, as tourists, on our own. Nonetheless, I've raised these issues to the management and was promised that they will be resolved. I've stayed at one of their apartments before and this to me, is an anomaly. I'm am sure however, that once all the teething problems have been ironed out, you would have a full five star experience.
